Booked for flight tickets for two pax with lastminute.com from Dublin to Hyderabad with booking ID *******454. Requested to cancel one ticket for my return journey. Without my permission they canceled both the tickets. Absolute blunder from Lastminute. Its been 12 hours now and i was on numerous phone calls with their customer service team Abbas, Amit, Apporva, Edwin giving false promises on call backs.
No update until now and this booking was cancelled 24 hours before my travel. Absolute night mare. If you wish to have a pleasant experience, avoid Lastminute.com at any cost for any of your future travels
They don't bother about their customers once they receive their fees. Incapable staff with zero knowledge of what's happening in other departments.

Ut quite simply do not ever ever book with this company. I submitted my complaint about many issues with my holiday and even though their policy states that they will take a maximum' of 28 days to deal with your complaint, it took them a total of 87 days to finally offer me a small refund which was no where enough what I deserved and was entitled to. I couldn't possibly tell you how many emails and phone calls I have made - it is beyond belief. Every email was some moron saying it had been sent to the complaints team and being dealt with which was a complete lie as the person from complaints didn't contact me to say they were starting to make contact with the third party companies involved' until a few weeks ago. Kept repeatedly phoning me at work when I told them so many times when I was free. On the phone, the advisers sounded drunk and intoxicated and kept changing their mind on the breakdown of my holiday payment. One advisor was aggressive and angry in their tone and was extremely unhelpful. Couldn't understand what they were saying half the time due to their foreign accent. The refund I have been offered (no idea when I will actually receive it! Probably another 87 days judging what other people have said in here!). Apparently they had lots of complaints it deal with over the summer months (I wonder why?!) and that that is the reason it took so long and that £75 is an acceptable amount to refund me! Never mind the lies and stress they have put me through. Tried to blame me that because I didn't contact them during my holiday that there's much they can do - well excuse me for trying to enjoy my 30th birthday on holiday. Plus, again, judging by what others have said in here, calling them whilst being away doesn't pay so well either.
Absolute scum! Please don't buy from them they will screw you over. As others have said, I would gladly give them no stars if it was possible.

I travel regularly but this is the first time using lastminute.com, I found a cheap city break so I thought it would be hassle free but it has been become the most difficult booking. During the booking I selected a suite room, then on the booking confirmation it had a twin. I contacted lastminute.com to be informed that nothing will be done but they will investigate and contact me within 72 hours.

72 hours later I call them to be advised they need additional time, I requested for the change to be made so I don't loose out but that was declined. No contact was made so I contacted them today 7 days later, spoke to a manager' who investigated my complaint whilst I was on hold for 2 minutes. He informed me that he reviewed my tracking' during my booking and informed me that I was incorrect so they are not in the wrong. I advised him that I booked using a private browser so they couldn't access this information.

This company provides you with poor excuses and the customer service is shocking, you're best cancelling your booking and doing everything yourself rather than dealing with the unnecessary hassle!

So i made a hotel booking with Lastminute last night, total cost for family £2550. Money taken immediately, but no confirmation received. The website was having trouble confirming, will receive shortly. In the morning i get an automated phone call 'about my booking', get through to an agent, but i have to tell them why 'I am calling' - weird as you called me. Check my balance on bank card, payment still in the pending stage, so tell agent. Agent tells me there is no booking and the money will be returned in 5-28 days WHAT... If there is no booking then cancel the payment - 'it isn't a booking she tells me and the payment will be returned in 5-28 days. I want an email confirming this please, as this is a non cancellation booking - 'no i am not able to do that sorry' WHAT WHAT WHAT. So to summarise Lastminute have £2.5k of my money for a booking that does not exist for up to 28 days which i will be charged for on my credit card!. To call Last minute back, i have to pay a premium call line at 13p a minute did you know that too. Disgraceful will never use again.

I wouldn't book through lastminute.com ever again! I'D RECOMMEND EVERYONE TO THINK TWICE BEFORE MAKING A BOOKING. ESPECIALLY THOSE WHO ARE TRAVAILING WITH BABIES OR KIDS! I had my doubts about this company but i missed the ba.com sale and found a deal on here which seemed good at the time. £200 less than ba.com but I was made to book another flight because we were 4 mins late before the gate closed. We had our daughter with us who is 17 months. We had already done online checkin! All we had to do was drop our bags off.

In short, the lady at the desk (Selima) said we were late. "Doesn't matter even if its by a min". I try to explain how its difficult with the little one etc etc and it was our 1st time at Standsted... She spoke to someone over the two way radio but wouldn't advise we had a baby with us. When I asked her why she didn't mention we had a baby, she didn't reply. I asked to speak to the Manager. No one came and at this point I knew i had to pay for another flight so I said just get me on another flight as we were only away for 4 days. I had to pay £379.20 on the spot. Didn't accept Credit card!

Customer Service was shocking! Not once did i shout! You can check any CCTV camera from the day. Maybe that's why i was made to pay.

When the Manager came down eventually (Charlotte). One of the first things she said was."Sorry i didn't know you had a baby with you"! All one very big joke!

Pegasus say speak to Lastminute.com and Lastminute don't want to know. I BOOKED IT THROUGH LASTMINUTE.COM AS A PACKAGE SO I HOLD THEM RESPONSIBLE.

Easy to Use, No issues

Booked hotel rooms for our party at the last minute. Was presented with a variety of options, so we were able to compare and select the best fit for us. Descriptions of the different hotels were a useful aid for making our selection. Booking process was easy, confirmation arrived in my inbox promptly, and there were no issues with our booking on arrival despite us making the booking earlier that same day.

DO NOT USE THEM - I have been chasing for almost 3 months to get a refund when I had to cancel my flights as one leg of the journey was cancelled by the airline. They just keep telling me they will call back and never do. They told me 2 months to get the refund, then another 2 weeks to sort but nothing ever happens

Nightmare spent months trying to get a refund for a booked shuttle service from the air port in Hong Kong to the hotel and back again Last min said we got on the wrong transport so we were liable for the extra charge Point 1 the desk at the airport had our names flight times hotel staying at yet the company still fought tooth making it hard to contact not replying to emails phone calls stretching it out over months causing nothing but stress all over a pittance about £30. It wasn't about the money but the principle of paying for a service then charged twice My advice don't expect a good service not even third class also as my wife is disabled we arranged for wheelchair assistance but that was lacking and at Manchester if I hadn't carried her to the plane we would have missed the flight the same sought of assistance was missing at Dubai and Hong Kong forget them also if you require assistance on your holiday couldn't contact them on numbers given so all in all a nightmare.

Service catastrophique

Réservation de vol, avec assurance flexible (permettant de changer deux fois de dates) qui me permet de changer de dates, n'étant pas certain au moment de la commande. J'ai pris un Aller retour

Je change une première fois, puis je demande un second changement... Qui revient sans vol aller. J'annule donc, et je refais une demande. Le devis revient avec un vol aller, un retour aux dates souhaitées... Et 180 euros de frais parce que j'ai dépassé le nombre de changements possible.

Service de réclamations TRÈS difficile à joindre, et réponses hors propos, me répétant que j'ai changé deux fois, ignorant mes demandes pour le devis sans vol aller.

Je ne commanderais plus chez lastminute, qu'ils trouvent d'autres personnes à arnaquer

Great first experience

Everything was so easy to complete and change on website.
We book hotel flights and transfers. Used this company first time and can not recommend enough. Our 4 night trip was amazing and will defenatly book again!

Perfect weekend away!

I have used last minute.com twice now, a couple of years apart to arrange weekend trips in Europe. This time was a special occasion so I was looking at a smooth running trip with a great hotel, and I got exactly that. We flew from my local airport (Gatwick) to Budapest, had a car pick us up, and we stayed at The Clark Hotel. The room was fantastic with a massive balcony and views over the Danube. The perfect place to propose to my now fiancé! It was very quick and easy to arrange all the details and I couldn't be happier. I will happily use Lastminute.com again.

I found the best air fare on Skyscanner, and then chose LastMinute to go through, for the ticket. The email trail confirming the flight purchase was prompt and it provided a reference code for check in for the outward journey, but there were no other emails to prompt or support check in again, nearer to the flight date; and there were no emails regarding checking in for the home-bound journey; it was very time consuming trying to find the right code and apply it to the right website - This wasn't an easy process, compared with other direct airline ticket purchases.

I ended up paying twice for the second passenger who had to leave before me for unforeseen circumstances, and I was told she would have to book another return. So I bought her a new ticket return when actually she could have used the original ticket! Customer service is not very clear about it.

Reasonable...

Website is great: simple to use, quick to book etc. Would usually be a little more expensive than going directly through the flight company for flights only but I was making use of a cashback offer so it actually worked out a little cheaper. One thing to bare in mind, they offer a £20 voucher off your next holiday to review them afterwards... the voucher comes through with a 2 week validity so unless you're a person who bounces from holiday to holiday... its a con and in fact just the same as reviewing any other company.

Not transparent

Purhased flight insurance as was flying because dad was deathly ill.

Cancelled flight because itinerary didn't work on the return.
1) call center could not change return flight even though the ticket was purchased 2 hours before.
2) if you get credit back it's on 70£ of a £800 flight purchase... So you get credit vouchers, minus the 100£ insurance you paid. So I got 700£ back
3) online when I was rebooking my flight they added another £100 to my 730£ flight.
Called the help number numerous times to ask why, they said they couldn't help and someone would get back to me by next day morning. They didn't. Called again they said they couldn't help and would have someone else call me. Finally couldn't wait any longer as prices went up so I paid another 300£ on top of the 800£ I paid for my original flight.

It's unethical and legal robbery.

I could have flown first class on a flexible ticket for that price.

Value for money = 0 if anything = minus.

Service of call center some people were very kind and sympathetic but utterly USELESS. Note caps.

The insurance I took out was s joke. I actually took it out by mistake by hitting s button I thought said next with the small writing next to it that asked for the additional insurance... sneaky... especially if you're in a rush because you just got the news your father is in his deathbed. He's still alive BTW.

The first time it asked for additional insurance I declined. The second time it asked next to the next button, the decline button a second time was on the lower part of the page you had to scroll down to decline.
Scoundrels. I'm refraining from using colorful language here.

The insurance is also partnered with bravofly group that purchased them in 2015. All I can say is i hope your stock dips to the far reaches of hell guys.
