I stumbled upon this app while browsing the internet in some listings. It's easy to understand and manage. My fav part is to change meal preferences and one day eat like a vegan and the other a paleo program.

Saw the app on Facebook and decided to download, since I wanted to start a new healthier life...and I guess that was successful!
Easy to understand and nice design and navigation, interesting features, nothing useless

I've done intermittent fasting for a year before Lasta and it was quite challenging to stick to it, but Lasta has made it so much simpler to follow and I've seen great results. The app is intuitive and includes reminders that keep me on track - definitely worth a try!

This is amazing, I've never thought that IF+ healthy 3 times a day meals will do magic. Totally will use further and wait fro more result (also hope it will become my daily routine)

I downloaded this app more than a month ago and now ready to tell my opinion about it. Thanks to the meal planning thing I've saved some time on thinking and planning my meals and thanks to tracker I now am hydrated. Of course because of it I've lost weight since I started. But it's importnant to realise that if you want this result was permanent you have to stick to healthy habits always, it really should be your lifestyle.

I'm a fan of Lasta - in fact, I recently recommended it to a friend. We both track our water intake and trying to lose weight. I can definitely recomend it to people like me, who wants to lose weight but don't really have time or ability to visit gym.

Purchased this app but it would never work. Contacted customer service and they denied any refund! Buyer beware!

Lasta App is an incredibly useful tool for organizing and managing my daily tasks. The user interface is simple, intuitive and very easy to navigate. I especially love the ability to add contacts and calendar events directly in the app. Additionally, the app integrates with other popular applications, making it even more time-saving and convenient.

I am excited to tell that I've already lost about 17 lbs! I've been following lasta meal plan for 4 month and it has helped me shed my weight. I literally feel more energy now

I do not understand all of the positive reviews. This app is awful. The meal plans are a joke and there is no difference between the categories of the meal plans. The meals are weird and not necessarily "easy" The fasting tracker continues to reset to 0 when exiting the app. There is really nothing special about this app at all. Completely wasted $65. I am such a sucker!
