I can't get enough of Lasta. I plan to use their suggestions for life because this diet has helped me steadily lose weight over a month. My husband and I both work full-time, so meal planning and prepping was always challenging for us. Lasta helped us establish a set meal schedule and prepare delicious, healthy meals in advance.
I was initially upset because I requested to cancel auto renewal after the trial period and I was still charged but customer service was very quick to respond and refund my money. I hope I have the extra money in the future to use Lasta the app is really great!

DO NOT USE! I bought the 3 month app and was charged for it and never even got the email to get into the app. Also got roped into buying some $50 cookbook I have yet to even get an email on. Reached out to customer services with the same response of not willing to refund because I have access to secret information even though I have never even logged into the app. Takes days to get a response and is like pulling teeth to cancel the membership. I subscribed on the app and paid $38 for it on September 22nd and I was not able to open the app on my phone it never gave me the option to do it. I went back and forth daily with the reps Arthur and Alice via email following all their instructions and sending then screenshots to prove then that the app was not working and I was not able to use it not even once. Their final email on October 7 said they cannot refund my money because is not refundable that they only could refund 25% of the amount that I paid. I think this is an SCAM and very shady business. How come if you have a product that does not work and I paid in full for it you are going to tell me that you can only refund me 25% of the price I paid after having waisted my time and energy for 16 days emailing you and doing everything you told me to do to make it work? I have records and can prove this. Please be aware

This app don't show you everything until you give your card number and they charge you. Customer service don't give a crap about you, all they want is the money. I asked for a refund as this does not suite me and my eating habits. They refused to refund my money when I called them shortly after looking at it and they refused, they said wait 14 days and we will refund 30%. I will never use this app, I thought I had 14 days but was charged before that. When I tried calling I could never get through to a person and was discontected several times. I am so frustrated and cannot affored to lose the $100 they charged to my account. The 30% refund offered through email is not good enough.
**Update** after leaving my review I was contacted and offered a full refund. It would have been so much easier if they had just cooperated from the start.

I subscribed to Lasta and hoped it would be a helpful tool for my intermittent practice of fasting. Once I saw the app did not ofer me any thing useful I submitted a request to cancel and reefund my purchase. I was told they do not refund. I caution all buyers beware because once you sign up you just blew $50.

I downloaded this app based on an IG advertisement and it looked pretty cool. They charged my card for the 7 day subscription and then I got charged for a cookbook on Monday of 49.00 I have written over 5 emails to them and NO RESPONSE. I have emailed to get a refund for everything. I do not care for this app. It's not even close of what is advertised and I am getting the run around for why you cannot refund me. You claim there is a 30 day money back guarantee and yet you won't do it. Even after 1 day of canceling the subscription. I went into my subscriptions and cancelled and they still charged my account. I already contacted my bank account. Sick of these people scamming and taking advantage of us.
Tip for consumers:
Their customer service sucks and they don't respond. They tell you, you have 7 days to charge if you don't cancel. Don't believe them they charge you in 2 days.
