I'm excited to share that the app I've been using has a really impressive design and a ton of features that are honestly pretty amazing. And the best part? It's priced competitively, so it's really accessible for anyone who wants to give it a try. But what's even more impressive is the customer support - they were super helpful when I first started using the app, and made my weight-loss journey a breeze. Honestly, I couldn't recommend this app enough!

This app feels like a scam I paid $10 when I got the app and it charged me $70 when it auto-renewed and they will not give me a refund, the app is no way worth $70! I went on once and you can track your fasting time and calories and they have some articles to read, it's absolute bull$#*! and I didn't use it again. There are so many free apps you can do this on.

I downloaded this app more than a month ago and now ready to tell my opinion about it. Thanks to the meal planning thing I've saved some time on thinking and planning my meals and thanks to tracker I now am hydrated. Of course because of it I've lost weight since I started. But it's importnant to realise that if you want this result was permanent you have to stick to healthy habits always, it really should be your lifestyle.
The app is quite easy to use.

-Initial review-Dont bother. You automatically have a subscription! You may want a month but you got forever! Then the app is worthless, no more info or help, menus….unless you pay more for each. And there is no general info to begin with!
They are refusing cancellation or refunding!

I downloaded the app to check it out. After looking at the app I was not interested. I did not purchase or authorize the app to withdrawal from my account. And they did for 3 months and sent emails that looked like junk mail, so they can say they notified you. I didn't even use the app. They took $130.61 from me and is not giving back. Don't download the app they'll charge you. I feel this company may be fraud.

I signed up accidentally! This company will not refund me. I never even used the app. As soon I accidentally hit submit I called right away and no one ever answers so I emailed. This company sucks! If you have any problems they never answer phone so be aware!

What a great app! I am a beginner at fasting, and the programs they have suit everyone! Really liked how this program gave me the information in cool infographics and animations. Thought that was cool. I also really liked how the app gave me extra details on what each plans benefits are. If you want to get into fasting, then this app is for you!

Lasta has a non existing customer service. They don't respond to your requests. I wanted to cancel my subscription but instead they charged me a 3 month fee which I didn't want. This has happened to many people. Stay away from this app.

Easy to understand and nice design and navigation, interesting features, nothing useless

I thought I was paying less than $30 after the discount for 3 months. I was charged $78.15! I'm upset that the price changed and want a refund.

It changed my perception of intermittent fasting

I used to doubt intermittent fasting, but now I'm a firm believer thanks to Lasta! It has not only improved my health and well-being significantly but also made me more comfortable with my eating schedule. I highly recommend this app! No hesitation why this app is number 1 in fasting niche.

I really enjoyed the easy interface of Lasta. With food tracker in few seconds I can add and calculate my food-calories intake and also keep note of my progress. I also love the fasting watch and the stories that gives motivation. 5 stars well earned!

I stumbled upon this app while browsing the internet in some listings. It's easy to understand and manage. My fav part is to change meal preferences and one day eat like a vegan and the other a paleo program.
