I signed up and paid for a 7-day trial, found that the app did not suit me. The app makes it impossible for you to cancel your trial, and instead directs you submit a ticket to their support team. I submitted a ticket to cancel, but they never got back to me and instead automatically charged me for a 3-month subscription. It feels like a scam to not have a "cancel" option while you are on trial, unlike other similar health/dieting apps.

When I submitted another ticket to request a refund for the automatic charge (less than an hour after I was charged), they finally replied but refused. This is ridiculous. The "cancel" option on the app only appears after they have successfully charged you for a subscription plan since they made it nearly impossible to cancel your trial. Comes off as very dishonest, seems like they're just going after the money from people who signed up for a trial.

I have sent email 3 times now to obtain a refund and then to cancel my subscription. The system is set up to immediately assign a case number and send an email with this reference number. The claim in the email is that contact typically occurs within 24 hours. It has been more than a week since I sent the first email. Reaching anyone by phone doesn't seem to be an option either. I stand by my rating of one star because of what I have described and because I do not have a way to shut down the auto-renewal setting. Auto-renewal is not scheduled to take place until early December. I cannot "speak" with a rep by any means. I cannot cancel my subscription. I cannot turn off auto-renewal. I cannot believe this outfit has so many positive reviews!

Do you have an apple device? They ask a ton of questions take payment information and then say go to the apple store. I can't contact customer service because I don't have the app and they continually charge my account for payment for the app I don't have and I have sent a bunch of emails that nobody responds to.

I downloaded the app to check it out. After looking at the app I was not interested. I did not purchase or authorize the app to withdrawal from my account. They took $41.87 out of my account. There is no way or option to cancel the subscription until you have been charged. Lasta is hoping you will not take action to get your money back or just allow your money to be stolen. I have been under so much stress because now I not even use my debit card because of this fraudulent company. You will not get an email to text to say a trail is ending or a charge to your account is coming like most reputable companies do.

I didn't even use the app. They took $41.87 from me and is not giving back. Don't download the app they'll charge you. I feel this company is a fraud. Easy to download hard to cancel the account. I do not recommend.
