Hey! Starting with a 12/12 fasting schedule and gradually progressing to 16/8, this health app has been instrumental in my fasting journey. Horrible customer service, I tried to cancel subscription on the app., and it keeps sending me to online assistant - who cant cancel - I have sent three emails -- no response now they charged me again. I called the phone number and they are not able to answer respond at this time.

There are other apps that are reputable, and have great customer service, do not use this you will regret it and spend alot of money! HORRIBLE

Hey all, Ive tried this a lot, Lasta is the app ive had success w. It's super straightforward and easy to navigate. I've always struggled with deciding on workouts and diets (it's not as easy as it looks), but this simplifies everything. It factors in your current diet and any changes you want and then gives you easy, step-by-step guiding. Change is hard this helps where my persistence falls short. It promotes intermittent fasting, which I already do and has made a difference for me. So, my true opinion is at least try the fast. But go all in for it.

A really engaging app that covers off all of your health needs in one place. I loved the food tracker and that it remembers your most frequent foods in a drop down option making it faster and easier to track your foods for the day. The kegal exercise is something I have never seen in an app before and I think is a fantastic addition. Updated: Cancelling a subscription is not "Frictionless. I was charged $74.99 automatically for the upcoming 6 months, I contacted them the VERY NEXT DAY to cancel and ask for a refund and initially, they said too bad, it's clearly in the terms to which you agreed. This is true, however they could make it much easier to unsubscribe online, instead of having to contact them via email in advance via email. After some back and forth they agreed to refund 70%.

I have been trying to cancel this company for the past three months, and they keep sending me messages about how to go to my Google app and cancel the subscription from there. However, I don't have a subscription; therefore, there is no way for me to cancel; they keep taking my money.

Signed up for a 7 day trial. On the 7 day I got a notice that funds had been withdrawn for another 3 months. I tried to cancel (no way to do through the app yourself, have to wait for a rep to respond a day later). Quoted me as 'you signed off on the auto renew policy'. No warning of auto renew. Literally contacted several minutes after notice and no help whatsoever. This happened with Noom and there was a class action suit against these types of practices and consumers were refunded. I guess none of these apps are really there to help consumers.

They will charge you even if you want to unsuscribe. Because you can't do it! And they won't honour it! I opened a ticket, and noone got back to me, and guess what? I was charged for this month too. I am calling my bank to report them. And I will do everything I can to uncover their scam.

I have tried to cancel numerous times. I've contacted them with numerous emails.Tried to call their number that is associated with the charge.They have charged me 3 different times 3 different transaction amounts luckily only one of them went through but each time they tried to charge it went from 99.99 to 89.99 to 74.99. It is cause not only overdraft fees with my bank as well. As frustration with trying to contact them, they have reached out with email, saying that they would get ahold of me and 3 to 5 days to 24 to 48 hours and still no response. It is literally the hardest subscription to ever cancel. And I would not recommend it to anybody.
