Signed up for a 7 day trial. On the 7 day I got a notice that funds had been withdrawn for another 3 months. I tried to cancel (no way to do through the app yourself, have to wait for a rep to respond a day later). Quoted me as 'you signed off on the auto renew policy'. No warning of auto renew. Literally contacted several minutes after notice and no help whatsoever. This happened with Noom and there was a class action suit against these types of practices and consumers were refunded. I guess none of these apps are really there to help consumers.
