I ordered online. Shipment was quick and the product was better in person than in photos!

I really love this lamp. It looks great in the space.
I have not received the order. It's taking way too long. If I knew the product was shipping from China I never would have ordered from this company, for numerous reasons.
I hope I receive it soon, and that is a usable product.
I didn't like the quality of the product and the return process was a pain. I ended up taking a 30% discount as I would lose more money returning the product. Easier buying the same thing in Amazon next time with better return policies
Not only do some of the light fixtures we purchased from Las Sola do not look like the pictures online, some do not even meet USA standard code. Upon contacting customer service for returns they will come up with every imaginable reason not to return product. If they do finally tell you how to return products, you will pay for shipping to wherever they ask you to ship to, and you will pay a restocking fee (according to their policy). We have yet to see if they actually will refund anything that we have returned.
My only complaint is the glass balls were a much darker green online. When the lights are on they almost appear clear.
Place order on May 1,2024 and as of June 4th I still haven't received it. It shows it was shipped by not other information
Who ever designed this light should after completing the design tried to put it together, the light needs special tools, impossible to find in any hardware store… also it didn't come with bolb
They sent me the wrong product and then they keep sending emails with more questions. I've been sending multiple pictures, explanation and there's no help
We hooked up the light, went to test it and every time we turned it on and off, it would switch between the different styles of white. No way to make it so it would stay on one color.
Bad customer service/ hard to get a response and then had surprise customs taxes
Thankfully, PayPal returned my money.
I have since bought this product on another website.
That the seller does not communicate
Item came broken and it's been three weeks trying to get it replaced. Have reached out several times and continue to get excuses.
