My parent's laptop wasn't working so they shipped it to me to have a look. Turned out the screen was the problem. Laptopscreen.com had the info I needed to order the correct replacement screen at a great price, it was shipped promptly, and I had no problems with the installation. My parents, who are in their 80's, were thrilled they were without their laptop for only 6 days (and I am a hero!). I was very impressed with the service I got from Laptopscreen.com and was glad I could order from a Canadian company.

I just spent $84 with shipping for a new screen for my MSI 620CR. $84!

I was quoted $600 when it originally cracked over two years ago and I've been using an LCD television via HDMI since finding laptopscreen.com. Wish I would have looked sooner.

Installation is a breeze. I was also offered money back if I uploaded a video of the installation of the new scree. I thought this was great for a company to do. This way other can see how it done with my particular model laptop. Such a good idea.

The order was shipped promptly out of Vancouver, I was kept right up to date with the status of my order and I received my new screen within three days of placing the order. The screen fit right in place, no problem exactly like the original and I am using right at this moment. Excellent service, good price, prompt delivery, I would use them again... I am NOT from laptopscreen.com. I have a crappy ASUS computer that I purchased from Best Buy and couldn't return without forfeiting my $100 set up fee. A few months ago my cat decided to use it as a springboard and it fell, hitting the screen on the corner of my footrest. Needless to say the screen was toast! I was looking all over online to find one and ordered one from a vendor through Amazon. The screen came and was not the one I ordered and was cracked worse than the one I had. They did not have the exact screen I had in stock and would not exchange the one I had with a new, unbroken one. I only got my money back. Thank God it was through Amazon because I got my shipping back too.
Enter laptopscreen.com. I found them and did some research on comments to see if they were reputable. I took a chance and ordered. I didn't have to give them the exact number of the screen replacement (as I had to do with the other place), they just needed to know the make and model of my computer and if the screen was matte or gloss finish. I got the replacement in just a few days and it was PERFECT! LOVE it! Now I finally have my computer up and running again! I would definitely recommend them to anyone and would not hesitate to order from them again. I even got the opportunity to do a tutorial on replacing the screen for my model to get $20 back. I am in the process of doing that now. I have zero complaints about them!
