Superfast response, had the product I was looking for, name brand screen provided, product was well packed, provided excellent communication regarding shipment times and arrival expectation. Will go to them again if I need another screen. Install on this item was a $#*! as you have to disassemble the whole laptop to get the screen out on a HP dv5 laptop, find a good tutorial for these laptops, they are out there. Probably why they wanted 3/4 of the laptop price to replace the screeen at a shop. Installed it and it Works Great

I needed a screen for a laptop I had gotten way cheaper than I should have, and was worried I wouldn't get the proper replacement (there are two models, long story short, one 720p and one 1080p). I got the 1080p model from Laptopscreens, and when I took out the old one I was relieved to find it wasn't even close to being a knockoff - the same exact LG factory direct panel. I was elated when the picture came on clear, bright, and in HD. Oh, and the price? 1/3 other online sites.

Purchasing was easy as there are instructions on the site that makes it easy to find out and ensure the proper screen is ordered, for ppl like me who know nothing about the difference in screens. Shipping was well packed and fast with tracking. The screen is now installed thanks to links on the website on how to install the screen. I live in a remote community where everything is DIY and I am a proud owner of a new screen on my laptop.

The site is easy to use with common sense explanations when there is any shadow of doubt. I was able to order with confidence that it would be the right screen. I got it in no time and was able to install it myself without any trouble other than trying to hold small screws with long fingernails.
My daughter is so thrilled that for under $100 her brand new computer is fixed rather than trashed. Best Buy wanted $400 to fix it!

Shipping was quick and this site is doing a good service by telling people how easy it is to change one's own laptop screen.
But they sent me a different model screen that the one I ordered. The screen works, but the site gives you the clear impression that you'll get exactly the same screen, and apparently do not always follow through on that.
That said, I was able to replace a broken screen for $70 (plus 30 minutes of my time) rather than $250 for a professional job. The videos are helpful. They do simply things a little bit. For example, you need a *very* small screwdriver to remove the screen, and it's tedious to replace the tiniest screws.

My husbands' work laptop screen was broken back in September, I did not know the screen could be replaced easily, so he started using one we bought cheaply from a friend. He came home about 2 weeks before Christmas and said I just found out you can replace those screens, would you look on the internet for a replacement. I found this website and I have never used a site that not was very product/customer friendly but then went out of their way to get the product out in time for Christmas. They were truly Santa's Helpers and if I need (or anybody needs) a replacement screen I will definitely contact them again.

My daughter stepped on her laptop, cracking her screen. Normally this is the end of a laptop - I mean, laptop prices are no where near the $2000 place they were a few years ago and getting a tech to repair something MUST cost more than a new $250 chrome book...

Well, I was wrong. My daughter found this site and convinced me to check it out. I found the LCD for her ACER laptop and it was less than $50. Ok, the price looked surprisingly good, but what about the work involved? Could I do it? Well, the videos made it trivial.

The repair went well - with only one minor gaff on my part while snapping the frame back in place (I cracked it, but it still worked fine) - all for a cost of about $50. Selection of the screen was fast and easy and shipping, even during the final Christmas rush was amazing. Absolutely 5 stars from me...
