This was the first time that I placed an order with laptopscreen.com. I received my new screen in the time frame that was promised. I installed it myself using the DIY videos on their website and it couldn't have been easier. When I turned the computer back on I was amazed at the quality of the picture. It was like brand new again. Independent computer doctors in my town wanted $179.99 to install a new screen and I did it for $84.00! I will definately use them again for my next purchase:)

After I bought my Lenovo U530, I became progressively more disappointed in the poor quality of its display. However, I saw that LaptopScreen offered a compatible IPS display for this laptop and decided to order it to replace the crappy TN screen the laptop came with. Wow. My laptop went from having a dull, washed out display to one of the best I've ever seen. My battery life went from four hours to six hours because the screen is actually readable at low brightnesses now. I'm very happy!

I needed repair my laptop. I turned to LaptopScreen. They change the keyboard, but one button didn't work. I called the company and they fixed this lag.

I ordered a screen and it showed up much faster than I expected. I immediately took it into my home office and installed it. I booted up and one side was broken. I am not sure if it was like that and I didn't notice or if it happened during my installation so I just ordered a second screen and that showed up within a week. I looked the second one over carefully before installation and it looked good so I installed it and it is working beautifully. Even with purchasing two screens it was cheaper than replacing the laptop. I would definitely buy from them again.

I browsed the site for a replacement laptop screen for my MSI gaming laptop. They had two listed for my specific model. I asked about the differences between the two options in the online chat, and the representative was knowledgeable and helpful. I received the replacement screen very quickly. Installation was easy, and the new screen looks great, possibly better than the original. So, for about $88 shipped, I was able to fix my laptop rather than have to shell out over $1500 for a new laptop.

I ordered a screen for a Dell Studio 14 that someone stepped on. They were one of the cheaper sites I looked at. The screen arrived in less than a week, wrapped in bubblewrap in a box - effective packaging.

Using an Ebay video I was able to take out the old one in minutes. The only snag was the model number on the replacement was slightly different than the one in the laptop (I orderded using the Dell model number). I tried to find the difference using Google but all of the part numbers were Chinese and the specs varied with site - so I just installed the new one. It works fine and I am very happy.

They sent me an email with a link to Jabber. The email asked for a review - promised 10 Karma points! I briefly looked at the reviews and may not have bought from them based on the ones I saw... I am glad I didn't really try and check them out since my result was very good. I would buy from them again.

I had been looking for the touch screen of my laptop for several months in common shopping pages and known by many, but I could not find the piece anywhere until I found this website, when I saw that they had the piece and I saw the price do not hesitate Buy it, it was easy and fast the purchase and better still the shipment did not take more than 2 days although I live in Mexico and I got an excellent product. My laptop revived and I can finally make use of it. Greetings.

The LCD ordering was simple and very detailed. Item was shipped and delivered in good condition. Well packaged.
The screen fitted perfectly and worked great. However the original screen had hooks where the screws went in to hold the screen in place. The new LCD screen did not have a hook. I had to use double sided tape to put the screen in place and angled correctly. This was unexpected and upsetting. Nevertheless it was assembled and the user was happy to get her laptop back in working order.
