My daughter's HP dv7-1245dx needed a new 17 inch screen. The website had the most information on what to get, including stern warnings about not buying the higher resolution screen (due to the on board graphics card) nor switching from LCD to LED. Also, of all the surfing I did, this website had the best collection of links for how to make the change. (I don't usually play with h/w issues.) The price was almost $20 more than the best price I found, but is the only one that included a 3 year warranty. (Although to be honest, I believe it would only cover manufacturing defects, not someone sitting on the laptop because of kids not putting it where it belongs :( Sorry, had to vent on my teenagers.) The final decision point for me was the comfort level I had after exhausting every Internet site and making two calls to the company.

Great experience! I ordered 2 laptop screens for Chromebooks for myself and my son. He damaged his shortly after we purchased it for Christmas last year but it only affected the bottom corners. He damaged mine about 3 weeks ago by dropping it from the table. I thought I would have to replace my entire chromebook, but came across this as a more affordable alternative. The 2 laptop screens and tool kit were much cheaper than the new laptop. I received an email when item was shipped and it arrived earlier than promised. Once I got them, I watched the you tube video on how to replace. The first laptop took about 10 minutes and the second one took about 5. So very easy. Our laptops look like new now. Thank you!

First time ordered from laptopscreen.com. The site is easy to use, easy to select the right type of screen that fits my toshiba laptop. I read a few bad reviews, so was reluctant to place order. But finally placed the order for the 17 inches, $85CAD + tax and express shipping, total 126CAD. I got it delivered in 18 hrs. Installed with the instruction from youtube less than 15 mins. Works like a champ. The only thing is the color is a bit blue. Have not tried to adjust screen color yet. But the site did what it stated. Save me time and money if bring the laptop to shop. Will order again if needed. Thanks.

Well to be honest the site itself was pretty simple to use however it lacked intuitiveness. Certain details about the screens were written in an obscure fashion making it less obvious the differences between 2 screens shown on a page for example.

The screen itself was in good condition, shipping was fast and the screen was well packaged! I do have to report that I do notice one tiny dead pixel that appeared about a week after installing it, but it's not a huge problem for me considering the previous screen was totally shattered. If the screen fails altogether it'll be a different story! All in all, I'd probably order from them again, you can't beat the value... I spent $70 including shipping and my wife got a 2nd lease on life for her laptop.

Dismantled my Toshiba A200-AH9 laptop as described on website; took pictures of the screen's rear labels; and sent them to LaptopScreen. Expected a regular email advising on correct model to order. Meanwhile I was able to determine this myself. (It later turned out that they had replied within a few minutes. To my account on their website. I had misunderstood their email confirming receipt of my request.) The correct screen arrived on time as promised; installed without incident following video on their website; worked perfectly! A thousand dollar laptop now useful again for only 135 bucks. Not bad at all!

I never dreamed a dropped laptop would turn into a pleasant experience. The site was easy to navigate and I found the screen I needed in just a few minutes. Pricing was much more affordable than I had expected. There was communication from the moment I placed the order through the time it arrived. It showed up a day earlier than promised and packed very well to avoid damage. Installation was a breeze with the site's walkthrough library. I was impressed from A to Z. Definitely recommend!

It was easy to change the screen as per your video. We did it in about 15 minutes and it worked. It's like having a brand new computer. I hope I new last year that the screen could be changed. When I asked at Best Buy or Staples, they all said that you could not change it or it would cost as much as a new computer. Well I was in a jam and I bought a new computer, which I hate with passion. Now I wish I could get back to my old one with the new screen. I think it is very cheap to buy and I will tell everybody about my experience. Thank you, thank you.
