The backlight bulb on 3 and half year old dell inspiron 1525 was starting to go and this site came up on the google search. I think I got lucky on choosing the right screen but it works fantastic. It's better than my previous screen. I did have to youtube the installation process on my tablet but once you can get the old screen out you're pretty much done. I think if there was a better way of choosing the right screen or a way of doing an error check to ensure you chose the right screen that would improve the site but for the most part it was self explanatory. And the prices were the best compared to other sites. I would recommend this site to others!
I read some reviews before I bought from here and it made me wonder. I finally decided that for the price, it was worth a try. I ordered my screen and didn't have any problems. Not all the screens recommended for my laptop were the right resolution. I wonder if the people who's screens didn't last long ordered the right native resolution. I know that can cause some problems. It is easy enough to find out what your native resolution is if you look up the specs for your laptop. Replacing the screen was easy. I looked up some videos on youtube and didn't find the exact model but it was close enough. I would recommend this site to friends and use it again myself.

About a week ago I broke my laptop screen somehow. I called HP and best buy to see if I could get this fixed but the prices they quoted were several hundred dollars, almost the cost of the laptop itself. I needed to replace a broken screen on my 17" Acer laptop. The website for laptopscreen.com offered me two choices, either glossy or matte; I bought the least expensive. The screen arrived on the second day, well packaged and protected. I installed it the next day, and it works perfectly.
Briefly: they aren't the cheapest. But if you take the time to phone them, they are adamant about not letting you purchase the wrong screen which is far easier to do than not. Worth the few extra bucks and extra shipping cost. Plus they seek to provide guidance on installation both online, with printed inserts, and by offering you 20 bucks to make your own screen installation guide.
I have ordered a replacement screen for a friend's HP laptop, First the website was easy to find the right screen. Than the price was very good too, about a third the coast of an original manufacture's screen, and a three year warranty (not 90 day). I ordered the item. (I did place the order via a phone call). I was emailed a reciept. It shipped as promised. I did not use coupons, nor discounts of any kind. Product is working. Instructions for installation of product were in a youtube video. When you get what you pay for in a prompt timely manner and it works - that in my book is good customer service.
Half the screen LCD is broken. First time buying from this company maybe the last time. I need this to fix my wife computer now I have to tell her I have to return it. This is going to make my wife very upset shipping was fast, but how can they ship a product like that out to the customer

As easy as typing the manufacturer model number in from the laptop, or physically removing the LCD and searching by the LCD's Model #. Either works. Screen delivered was screen pictured. Surprisingly good care with packing. It plugged in and worked flawlessly for the customer!
They order was quick and they give prices on their website where a lot of the other laptop screen sellers don't and want to give you a quote and then don't respond to you inquiry. Also their self guided videos for installation are very helpful.

You can do this and save yourself some cash and be back up in a fraction of the time! All I needed was a small phillips screwdriver out of a set I bought at Lowe's.
