I've made two orders myself and have been pleased - prices are good and shipping is fast. I used to work at a computer repair shop that ordered frequently, which meant we got a sizable discount on each screen - a few orders had problems, but were usually resolved quickly.
It gives you the option to fill in credit card details, but you can't use them for payment... what do they do with this info...: S

Looked at a few different sites before deciding to use LaptopScreen. The thing that led me to choose them were the buying tips and video tutorials.
Check out was easy. Delivery was fast.
My only complaint is that the screen I purchased has one teeny tiny white spot. Literally about the size of a pixel.
I won't send it back because the flaw isn't super annoying, but it would have been nice if it had been inspected before being shipped out.

The screen, replacing a cracked one, shipped quickly arriving ahead of schedule. It was an exact match and the site made it easy to ensure that. I'm pretty familiar with basic hardware replacement but found a great video online for my exact model. The only complaint I had was one tiny spot of pixel(s) dead. Super tiny and the company states they would still replace it which is better than Dell would do for the size. If it gets any bigger, the lifetime protection on defects will get it replaced again.
BULL$#*!! I ordered a new screen for my aunts old toshiba, nothing ever arrived, I can't even contact them! They just ignored my emails! Stay away, your better off ordering an extra screen (even if it is expensive) from the original manufacturer.

Ordered my 17inch Acer screen for 100 bucks. Was quoted 300+ from store for repair. Got my parcel in the mail fast. Installed it and it has 1 dead pixel. Asked about replacement and they tell you to "buy" a return label for 15 bucks. Then a new fully tested one will be sent to me. Started reading this site. Thinking now I can just live with the one annoying bad pixel. Oh darn. 2/5 stars for this company.
Ordered HP LED laptop screen 5 weeks ago. 1st screen had mounting screws going in perpendicular to screen not parallel. Sent it back at MY COST. I kept asking when new screen would be sent and they asked for screen number. I sent HP model number. They sent message (no phone only messages) saying they need model number on back of screen. They now say they will send out correct screen. They should have asked for model number from the beginning. If this screen is wrong I will order an investigation by CC company should they not credit my card for full amount + tax. Very poor and sloww service.

Easy site to figure out which was the correct replacement lcd screen. Order was processed and shipped rather quickly. "how to" videos on site also helpful. Would have been more helpful if commentary included any differences between models. That notwithstanding, will definitely use company again and recommend it.

Awesome service! Broke my screen a few months back but I put it off for quite some time thinking it would cost me an arm to have it replaced. OK I'm a first time reviewer... but how often do you need to replace a laptop screen if you're not a repair shop?
