Easy to find the correct replacement screen for an HP I was repairing. Reasonable price, fast shipping, and screen works great. I saw some bad reviews, but I did not encounter any of those issues. I will do business with them again.
I needed to replace the screen on my son's laptop, and to pay someone to do it was much too expensive. Laptopscreen.com made it really easy to find the correct screen and has very competitive prices. I even found a useful video from them showing step by step how to perform the replacement on the same laptop model. So for my first time replacing a screen everything went smooth. Shipping was quick and the screen was very well packaged.
BULL$#*!! I ordered a new screen for my aunts old toshiba, nothing ever arrived, I can't even contact them! They just ignored my emails! Stay away, your better off ordering an extra screen (even if it is expensive) from the original manufacturer.
Price was better than other sites, even with shipping/insurance. Screen arrived in 4 days and was exactly what I ordered. Only problem was a few dead pixels which I pointed out to my client, along with the 3 year warranty, if they decide they want to send it back for exchange.

I called the company because there were two options for screens for my daughter's HP. A really nice guy helped me understand the differences. (Matte vs Glossy) He requested that I place the order online vs with him over the phone. I ordered online. I was an easy experience. The screen arrived very well packed a few days later. They sent me emails to let me know where in the process they were.
The screen is perfect and works great. $52. Did pay for a professional to install. I would use them again in a heart beat but sure hope that I don't need to!

Overall, this site does everything right. The store itself is clear and intuitive; you're not going to mistakenly order something you don't need. The checkout process makes you aware that you have the choice to insure your item. The more power the consumer has over their order, the better in my opinion. On top of this, they sent out a followup email, informing me that if I make a video of the replacement and post it to youtube, they may pay me for my time. Though I did not take them up on this, I found it really cool that they would offer such a thing.

I am not much of a reviewer but I will say this: It didn't arrive in 3 days as promised, but it arrived in less than a week. I needed a cheap screen and they came through. I would definitely purchase another screen from this website. By the way, the logic of some people seems to baffle me. If I search "God" and "fake" simultaneously I get well over 6 million hits. Does that mean that he is? I bet there are people, including myself, who would argue against that type of logic. Just informing you. There are some things that you just have to try yourself. You can tell this was written by a person :D

Ordered a replacement for a 2 year old Lenovo laptop. Product arrived in perfect condition, packaged well, and a great price. Laptop screen ordered Thur AM. Received Fri noon. Installed Fri PM Up and working by 4 PM. Tip, my screen is mounted on a three sided frame fastened with four impossible, tiny screws. Use a large rubber band to hold screen in place while attaching screen to frame. Laptopscreen.com was very though in assisting me in making an appropriate selection of model screen to order. LCS screen on one of my laptops got damaged and laptop became completely unusable. Original part from Lenovo was out of consideration due to high price tag, so, I searched internet for the model I needed and was able to locate distributor/warehouse nearby. At that moment LCD panel was out of stock, subscribed to stock e-mail notification, and few weeks later received my LCD screen replacement. Found youtube video on simple steps and replaced broken LCD panel in no time. Laptop booted and all seems to be working perfectly. Great experience so far. Thank you!
