Cost me $299 last time to replace the cracked screen via the manufacturer. So this time I tried something else. Simple! Easy! Cost $65! I was totally pleasantly surprised because there are so many misleading and bad companies out there. This is not one of them. This is a great company, great option, and I highly recommend for replacing cracked screens (at least on my laptops--we have 4!)

The delivery was on time. The videos that exist for replacing a screen are very helpful and made the switch over very smooth. It took us 25 minutes from start to finish after watching a couple videos to see what to expect.

Despite me being in England the service was great, and the screen arrived with no problems at all, apart from the extra customs fee, which is unavoidable!
The matt finish screen I ordered is so much better than the glossy finish one it replaced, which was like looking in a mirror! No pixel defects visible either.

Dropped my Dell Studio 1550 and cracked the screen. Searched using another PC and found laptopscreen.com and was pleasantly surprised at the prices. Plus they had videos posted showing how to do the replacement. Ordered late morning and the screen was delivered by noon the next day. Less than 10 minutes later I was up and running. All less than US $100 delivered overnight.
One small hiccup. The email I received provided a tracking was for UPS and it never worked. The package was delivered by FedEx but the packing material was all labelled UPS. I was a little anxious when I could not track the package but was happy once it was delivered.
I would order from them again and highly recommend them.

Very fast expedition. Prices are lower then on ebay. There are very good youtube video tutorials how to change the screen. Everything worked perfectly well for me. It's been two weeks and no glitches. Very happy and would highly recommend.
