Added 23 April 2022: Don't believe Sitejabber's overview. There's no way 10 1-star reviews and 4 5-star reviews means most customers are satisfied. And by simple arithmetic that is a 2.14 star average.
LaptopChargerFactory advertises availability of most laptop batteries at discount prices, and say they can upgrade to genuine O. E. M. Batteries for an extra fee. They also claim quick shipping to all U.S. states.
What they delivered, in my case, was two months of runaround, multiple requests for more money, not one promise kept, no product ever shipped.
When they finally decided to quit trying, they promptly refunded all my payments through PayPal, so I'm not out any money, just two months of exasperation.
I would not recommend sending any payment to these people except through PayPal or by credit card so that you have recourse if they don't perform.
Very good product. It is 100% original. Fits exactly with my Dell laptop. Having seen the wattage, voltage supply, Amp and pin configuration any customer can buy this. I will recommend this to everyone. Good work.

Fraud and bad customer service.
I had to give them my card details for the sale. It was the only time for the year that I have used that card. Nobody than me has access to the card details
After shopping at this company somebody tried to take 3 times money from my card.
I tried via telephone and email to make them alert about the issue and get silly answers.
I ask to speak with a manager without success.
Only this company could have given my card information to somebody else to fraud me.
Maybe an employee or their company is hacked.
Items are not coming from the USA. They come from Hong Kong very badly packed.
Products arrive broken because of the bad packaging.
Don't shop with them.

I contacted a online sales person at Laptopchargerfactory.com She provided the part#, price and I bought it... it was supposed to be delivered today and this morning I get... the below from Steve their Sales guy... So, I just want my money back... Never will buy from them again.

I ordered a acer Ferrari 5832 laptop battery for 54.99 complaining that it was already expensive only to be hit up a few days later to be told it would be more than twice this. I find the lack of responsibility being taken to be very political. If I had a business and said a certain price for something, that's the price it's gonna be. No ifs, ands, or butts. It's about honor. Instead of paying the extra amount, I got a refund. I don't appreciate the demeanor of this business. I think they saw Ferrari as the brand and decided to milk me. I happen to know it's actually made by acer so I'm not falling for that.
I ordered a charger for my laptop, they sent an email saying i would receive a tracking number once it was generated. I never got a tracking number. The day the item was to be delivered I got an email asking me to rate the product I never received. I called several times and they never answered their phone.
I am enjoy this website, we have placed our Sony laptop batteries from this website, and I think that the service of this website is satisfied, they delivered our products in time, and the quality of the battery is very good!

I ordered a replacement charger for my laptop and paid the 34.99 for next day shipping early morning on 11/23/20. At the end of the around 8pm I checked to see if the item shipped.it didn't. So I email and ask for an update and refund for the shipping cost, but make it clear that I want it next day still.
On 11/24/20 5pm charger still have not shipped I emailed, Facebook and called and learned the item shipped on usps regular mail and I will not get it for 7 to 10 days.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! THEY ARE DISHONEST! They are not 100% money back. I have been trying for days to return a charger they refuse on telling me how they just keep trying to ask me if I want a replacement. I will be placing a complaint with the better business burro as well as giving bad ratings anywhere I can. I am a single mom and hope you feel good about screwing me over. What terrible people you are!

Wow, I wish I'd read reviews- if it seems too good to be true there's a reason. THE WORST POSSIBLE customer service.
SUMMARY: they have my money, 3 weeks haven't sent me my charger, drop the line whenever they want, won't escalate to a supervisor, and aren't responding via the chat support either- at all at this point!
It's been weeks without my charger, and when I contact them they tried to say I owe them more than agreed for shipping (due to their mistake re: location, despite us confirming and me paying shipping already).
THEN they had the worst customer service- once hanging up on me, the other ignoring me after picking up- "dude, I know you're there...". All on top of close to 2hrs total hold time!
THEN I asked for a supervisor twice, never heard from them (actually the line was mute when I picked up- basically what their customer service agent did when he didn't want to answer any more).
So I messaged them numerous times via the text support, and they totally 1) ignore the significant points I'm raising, and 2) have now avoided responding.
So they have my money, didn't get me my charger when I've needed it, drop the line whenever they want, won't escalate to a supervisor, and aren't responding at all at this point. How is this remotely fair!?!?
There's no excuse for this, no matter what they write in the response to this my review won't change. I can't stand insincere, smarmy businesses.
I was searching Best Buy when I got a help line from Laptop Charger Factory and this guy SAM let me help you. I told SAM I needed a charger and he told me it cost $16 and change but then he told me that if I wanted the item in 3 days it would cost 11,. 99 for shipping and I said absolutely not. I told him that they pay for delivery and then he said let me see what I can do, so I waited and he told me that he could give me 10% off the order I said no, then he said 15% and get the charger to me in 3 days for a total of $28 and change and then we did the deal, thinking he was helping. Sleeping on this whole deal, I realized the he charged me 16 + 12 = 28. So he thought he could pull a fast one, he didn't help me at all. So, I called American Express and explained to them what had taken place and American Express would now take over and told me that they would keep me posted, all they were waiting for was the charge to my account. I told American Express that I was going to do a return to sender and not except the package, but if I do get it I will take it to the post office. This is really a hell of a company. I read the reviews after i took this company to American Express. This is a company that is NO GOOD. BEWARE. Oh, and watch out for this guy called SAM. Fast talker, surprise the joke is on him.

THEY SELL JUNK, 3 MONTHS CHARGER WENT BAD TYEY SAY 1 YEAR WARANTEE BUT CHARGE SHIPPING SCREWING US, FIND SOMEONE ELSE TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE SUE THEM FOR FRAUD.
Answer: HORRIBLE WAIT TIME 30-40 min TEXT RESPONSES over a day (IF AT ALL!) Once you do get talking to them, there's a 60% chance that if they don't like how things are going, they'll just mute themselves until you hang up. Happened 3.5 times so far
