Once you do get talking to them, there's a 60% chance that if they don't like how things are going, they'll just mute themselves until you hang up. Happened 3.5 times so far

Because they're losers.
Perhaps their site made an error with shipping to another region and they're holding your order hostage until you give them more money than originally agreed. Totally likely- they do that. No responsibility for their errors

Lol, just a horribly, horribly, unethically run business, greedy to get money & puts people last- if at all. Seems too good to be true, and it IS too good to be true
