Two differant batteries were available matching my cmputer model with differant voltage ratings, called and actually go to talk to a live human, was very helpful. Ancious to get the parts and try them out.

I ordered a battery for my HP 8530w laptop (5300mA) and a few days later received a message they were out of stock. I called and they said they can ship a lower capacity battery (4800mA) for a lower cost. They expected my order in stock in 3 days so I decided to wait. 2 days later (Friday) my order shipped and I received it on Monday.
After testing it, I am very pleased with the battery life, price I paid (no shipping costs), email messages and phone conversations. They do more than most to get and keep you as a customer.

Battery tests (for those who are interested). A note came with the new battery saying recharge 5 times in the first week. Here are results of the first two:
First charge - 2hrs 10min (20% remaining)
Second charge - 2hrs 58min (19% remaining)

I placed order a week ago. I had to search to find pay button. Battery arrived early. Price a bit high. I appreciated the charging/care info included with battery. Battery preforming flawlessly through 5 charges. I only do documents so 87 WH battery lasts up to 5+ hours on 17" Dell laptop. So, for now, a solid 4 star rating. Come back in a year and see about 5. JWJ
One concern I have is -- what do I do if the battery dies in the next year? I recently purchased another battery from another site and the battery died within the year.
