The original battery was defective. When I contacted your customer service, the person I spoke with was courteous and rapidly deduced that the battery needed to be replaced. He sent me a new battery and return label which arrived promptly.
Received the battery quickly and it fit my computer perfectly with no problems. The 9-cell battery I purchased lasts about 6 hours, which is good, but not quite as good as I was hoping for. So far, the battery is working well. I have had bad experiences in the past with other companies regarding short battery life, so hopefully this battery won't have any issues, but it is too soon to tell at this point! Otherwise, it has been a good shopping experience.
