Fred in Customer Service is awesome! I'm expecting the battery to live up to my expectations of a company with such nice people answering the phone.

I am still going through cycling the battery for break in, and am already happy. It seems to be lasting quite a long time. I do not know exact time as I don't have time to spend on that pc regularly. After the first full charge; The first drain on mostly sleep mode took over night. The second drain took three days with more use than on the first drain. WOW! I am sure to be more than satisfied after break in.

It is a battery. It worked out of the box. It has worked for several charge cycles and it continues to function properly. It has not improved my social life, increased my IQ or given me eternal youth. If it had done any of those things, I would be buying them by the gross. As it is, I'll be buying them as required for my laptops.

Ask me again in a year and I will tell you how satisfactory, or not, the battery performance has been.

My laptop battery had been losing a charge steadily over the last few months and it finally stopped taking a charge all together. This was one of the easiest purchases ever. I just typed in my laptop Make & Model and it pulled up the battery I needed. Also, the price was very fair so I didn't need to keep looking and waste time. There was also a $5.00 coupon for Friends and Family that I was able to apply at check out. Great site to purchase from! This is NOT a reflection on laptopbatteryexpress.com, but the battery I purchased for my laptop has only about a 1 1/2 to 2 hour maximum charge when it's suppose to be about 6 hours. I followed all the directions in the package on how to get the maximum charge from the battery but it's not happening. I am disappointed in the battery itself as I expected it to give at least 4 hours but not 1 1/2 to 2 hours. But, the ordering process was great and I would highly recommend laptopbatteryexpress.com.

The website experience is good. Product arrived in good condition and in timely manner. When I put the battery into the laptop, it did not seem to be an exact fit. I had some trouble getting it to lock into place, but eventually it did. It sticks out just a hair beyond the back of the computer. The battery charged well and seems to hold the charge for at least several hours. The battery monitor on the computer indicates that the battery is working normally. I am slightly disappointed in the fit, since this was one of the more expensive replacement options (other than through Dell). This caused needless anxiety that the battery was not quite right and might damage the computer if forced into place. Other than that, performance seems to be acceptable, but I have only had it for a week.

Web site was very informative and clear and even helped me understand differences in make up of different brands and prices of battery packs. Order was handled promptly with timely emails stating progress and status of my battery. I even received a phone call offering savings if I would like the same battery pack in a different color because of an overstock of that color. I have the battery installed and the run time on battery alone seems to be very good.
