Ordering the battery was easy, I was afraid I would order the wrong one but that would have been pretty hard with their easy-to-use website. Overall I am thrilled with the whole experience. I was very pleased with the prompt service I received as the order arrived 3 days after being placed. The lap top battery I ordered works great even though the shipping package was beaten up pretty badly. I will certainly consider making my future battery orders with your company again. This was one of the easiest purchases ever. I just typed in my laptop Make & Model and it pulled up the battery I needed. Also, the price was very fair so I didn't need to keep looking and waste time. There was also a $5.00 coupon for Friends and Family that I was able to apply at check out. Great site to purchase from! This is NOT a reflection on laptopbatteryexpress.com, but the battery I purchased for my laptop has only about a 1 1/2 to 2 hour maximum charge when it's suppose to be about 6 hours. I followed all the directions in the package on how to get the maximum charge from the battery but it's not happening. I am disappointed in the battery itself as I expected it to give at least 4 hours but not 1 1/2 to 2 hours. But, the ordering process was great and I would highly recommend laptopbatteryexpress.com.

The website experience is good. Product arrived in good condition and in timely manner. When I put the battery into the laptop, it did not seem to be an exact fit. I had some trouble getting it to lock into place, but eventually it did. It sticks out just a hair beyond the back of the computer. The battery charged well and seems to hold the charge for at least several hours. The battery monitor on the computer indicates that the battery is working normally. I am slightly disappointed in the fit, since this was one of the more expensive replacement options (other than through Dell). This caused needless anxiety that the battery was not quite right and might damage the computer if forced into place. Other than that, performance seems to be acceptable, but I have only had it for a week.
It was a great shopping experience! I really appreciated all the explanations about batteries. There was even a short video provided which really helped confirm the right battery to purchase. There were also GOOD PRICES on your site, especially in comparison to some of the larger stores! Thanks for your assistance and fairness.

Called for guidance on which battery I should buy as a search on your website gave me 4 options. The descriptions of the batteries where okay but when I called with questions the person that took my call was about as clueless as me. We did muddle through it though and I placed an order. Having paid top price for the battery I had expected a 100% charge and performance. Such was not the case, the battery only charged up to 79% having stayed charging overnight as instructed. Awaiting instructions to return it and get full credit.

Web site was very informative and clear and even helped me understand differences in make up of different brands and prices of battery packs. Order was handled promptly with timely emails stating progress and status of my battery. I even received a phone call offering savings if I would like the same battery pack in a different color because of an overstock of that color. I have the battery installed and the run time on battery alone seems to be very good.
Locating and ordering a laptop battery was simple and painless. When the package arrived, it was ripped open and empty. My local post office had labeled it as such. Upon calling customer service, they just asked for a photo of the package and then shipped a replacement which arrived within days. Job well done
I was happy to return to this site for the battery I needed, however the new battery is not working like the my previous one that I purchased from them, it could be faulty once I have completed the instructions on charging process in the first week I will make a decision to get a replacement.
This does not deter me from shopping with laptop express.
The battery was in stock and got here quicker than I expected(2-3 days). It fit the old laptop and was already charged to 85 percent. The Dell tech I talked with prior to finding laptopbatteryexpress.com said it would be 5-7 weeks for them to get one

I am not too happy with the length of time the battery can run without power on from 100% fully charge. I followed the start up instructions to every word. It was never down to 35% before I recharged again for 5 times within the week. The first charge was overnight. Is it right that the battery is good for only 2 hours maximum without power connected? Anyway, the shipment was on time and service is excellent.
