I was expecting a Sony manufactured battery.
The replacement battery was a tight fit and had to be forced into the laptop compartment space.
The battery is working fine so far.
First use provide over 3 hours of usage which is what I was hoping for.
Re charged with no problem.
Had small difficulty locating 9 cell replacement for studio 1558 laptop by DELL however resolved that issue with a few clicks. Needless, to say I would order again from Laptobattery. Received battery in 3 days and so far it is working fine. Thanks again for a complete service well done. Will pass the word to my friends if they ever have a need.
Buying and delivery was fast and easy. Unfortunately, I received a 3 year old battery that charges to 91% of its rated new capacity ands doesn't substantially improve on the one it replaced. Not cool.

Website is ugly and honestly I wasn't sure if I could trust it...battery works great! Came quickly! Only thing was that the screw holes were a little smaller then the original, just had to make them bigger myself. Not necessarily your fault.
Your website is not friendly. When I want to check out I should not have t look for how. Bring it up for me! I almost quit three times. Also, I have to wait a moment for my words to appear on the screen, some are skipped and completely missed taking me twice the time required.

After deciding which batteries best suited my needs I added them to the cart. Checkout was fast with no-hassle. The batteries arrived at my home quicker than I expected. LaptopBatteryExpress offered an additional $5 off per battery if I indicated that I would recycle my old batteries. I definitely plan to do so, but unfortunately I did not see the offer until after I had submitted my order. I'll be placing another order soon to replace the battery in my Macbook Pro. I can get just what I need from LaptopBatteryExpress plus save over $31 compared to buying from my local computer superstore.
Very easy to locate the correct battery for my laptop. Extensive list of model/part numbers provide peace of mind that I am in fact ordering the right battery. Received the replacement battery within a few days and it works great with my Gateway laptop. Went from getting about an hour of use with my old battery, to 4+ hours with this extended battery!

Originally, I did a google search looking for a new battery and happened to find an article someone had written (I do not recall the source) mentioning your company. Thank goodness I found you as I did not feel comfortable with some of the sources coming from my google search.
The pages that the client enters sensitive information (addresses, phone numbers and of course credit/debit cards details) should be secured! It's unacceptable that they are not! There was no padlock on the URL area. Furthermore, I think the site should provide the ability of sending the order via post especially outside the US even if this takes longer. The reason is that FedEx charges too much (I paid nearly as much as the cost of the product) and the most important thing is that via courier European citizens have to pass through custom-import process which costs more than the product itself in some cases as mine.
Purchased, received and installed a new battery for my dell Vostro 13 laptop and a replacement AC / DC power pack. Received both several days after initial purchase. Arrival was quicker than expected. Battery is a direct replacement for the original. Mounting position and size of the battery are spot on with the original. Battery works well so far. Don't expect any issues. Appreciate information that came with the battery indicating the break-in procedure. Three cycles of 100% full charge to 20% charge. Replacement power pack is electrically equivalent to the original dell version. It's a bit larger physically, but appears to be more robust. I'm very satisfied with my order. I'll definitely shop the laptopbatteryexpress company again. Thanks for listening...
I could just wish your site was referenced at the laptop manufacturers' sites since they (or at least HP) do not carry older batteries as far as I could find. My problem may have been their labeling, but yours was fast an complete! Thank you very much.
