After about 15 days I get the battery which unfortunately does not work.
Communicated by e-mail the problem found to the office of the customer site, after about 24 hours they communicate me, apologizing for what had happened, that they have to send me a new battery.
After about 15 days I received the new fully functional battery, without additional charge.
What can I say? I can only see the professionalism and seriousness of that company.

Received compatible power supplies instead of original, they may work well but they aren't the same.

Ordered some batteries and they were very attentive, making sure to see a picture of the battery being replaced to ensure they were sending the correct one.
Small issue with the first shipment getting cancelled by the sender but once it was brought to their attention, batteries arrived within the next 5 days.

They emblem either a Sony original battery, which is good, for it is not against a new battery, evidenced by the many scratches on the inside, which is quite disappointing. However, it works perfectly well.

Everything was ok with the order. The only thing I would like to get improved, and maybe it does not depend on you, is the track information. Once you provide the track number it is quite long time until I can get the information from the Post company.

After a lot of research, I decided that it would be best to spend a little more to acquire a branded Dell replacement laptop battery, and was a bit disappointed with the delivery timescale, but I received the battery sooner than expected. Unfortunately it was an unbranded battery and there has been zero response to my immediate email to the service email address

I ordered two batteries for different Dell laptops. One does its job, the other one is recognized as not being a Dell battery, I have to press F1 at every startup. But it works.

You won't get your package, and once your order goes through, you will not hear from them.

I bought a laptop battery to replace a dead one. The price was very decent though I was a bit sceptical about support when ordering from China.
By accident I entered an incorrect destination address so the battery was returned to laptop-parts-shop.com. Through numerous emails the address was changed and the battery was finally delivered to me.
I had to pay for the return and re-send of the battery which was completely fair as the error was all mine. I did have to bargain for the cost of the additional shipping as the initial cost was set at 30 as opposed to the expected 14.10 which seemed a bit unnecessary. This issue is the only reason for the 4 stars and not 5 stars.
The level of support and the number of emails received during this process was WAY above what I had expected which is the main reason for the four stars.
I would differently consider ordering from them again or recommend them to a friend.
The product is very good, perfectly functioning and matches the description. The expedition was very fast. Also the site is good and the transaction easy.

I was really suspicious at first because there is a lot stuff on the internet warning you of ordering from China. But I received my order within two or three weeks and everything worked out just nicely. Although I couldn't track the parcel because the tracking number via ec-firstclass.org never worked simply because it wasn't a tracking number but the shipping number or what-so-ever.
For all that counts for me is: I received what I ordered. It didn't took too long. And the battery I ordered for my laptop works just fine.

We have orderd the accu an got it 4 weeks later. Maybe the delay was because of the tax regulations. We had to send an email to remember, but than all things went well. The accu is perfect.
