Very pleased with my purchase from Laptop Parts Shop. They answered my initial query promptly and accurately in good English. My order was dealt with very quickly and arrived in just over a week which is great these Covid-19 affected days.
I live in Thailand where the choice in replacement batteries is very limited and alot more expensive so I would not hesitate to recommend this shop to anyone wanting a bargain replacement battery.

I bought a hard-to-find replacement LiPo battery pack for my Linx 14" Tesco-branded laptop (similar to a Teclast). The photo shows how swollen the old battery pack had become!

The replacement battery pack was despatched quickly and, although it was slightly delayed in the Christmas post, the Laptop Parts Shop responded quickly to my query about it. The battery arrived in perfect condition, having been very well wrapped (with bubble wrap, foam in a cardboard box, all inside a large envelope. Make sure you ask for the right variant for your laptop, so that all the screw holes are in the correct places. The battery charged up nicely and the laptop is as good as new now.

After my order, the item went through the usual channels, including customs clearance on two borders. Apart from that, I am happy my order is with me in good condition. Thank you.

I was very satisfied with the purchase and with the entire purchase process. The communication was very fast and agile. The product is original and of excellent quality and shipping was super fast.

I bought a replacement battery for a Macbook pro. I had some issues installing it (not any cause of the battery I received) and the response from Laptop Parts shop was very quick and their offer to replace the battery very honourable. Fortunately, I found the error (a connector that disconnected while I replaced the base of the laptop) and I cancelled their replacement. I highly recommend these guys and will use them again in a heartbeat.

As my Mac book air adapter was bitten by my pet, I was looking for the genuine replacement of Mac book adapter for apple laptop. After searching for longer time, I got it from Laptop Parts Shop with good offer. Until now the experience has been pretty good!

I ordered a laptop battery from this site. Due to corona virus, shipment took a very long time to arrive. The seller was very helpfull and refunded the money because shipment was taking too long. We agreed that if the shipment arrives some day, I will give the refund back.

After a long wait, the parcel finaly arrived and im going to make the repayment.

I was a bit sceptic as this was my first order from them, but everywhere else the price was double and together with the price of transport on other sites I would be better off with buying a new laptop.
I was surprised to receive DHL message after a few days from placing the order. The received package was opened, and on my surprise, I found EXIT sign inside (picture included). Send an email thinking that some huge mistake was made in delivery, but shortly, even the time difference is 8 hours, I received a very polite answer that for security purposes the battery was packed inside the sign.
I opened the sign and there it was my brand new battery. The Asus Zenbook laptop is already happy, working with the fully charged battery.

My razer blade stealth battery failed, and I found no suppliers to send it to me. Not only Laptop Parts Shop had the piece in stock, once I placed the order, they reached out to me to explain how they would send it, and they also had it shipped WAY FASTER than I anticipated. I now have the power of mobility thanks to their agility, precision, and care. The packaging had its own little box of surprises: I have never seen a computer part so we'll packaged (bubble envelope, bubble wrapping, cardboard box, more bubble wrap, some foamy paper, then styrofoam, then the static proof wrapp, and then the battery). Was pleasantly surprised throughout the process.

I have been buying my computer's replacement battery for years on laptop-parts-shop.com. When ordering it, they help me choose the right product for my computer model, to avoid mistakes. This time I had to wait longer for delivery in Italy. But the staff was very kind to reassure me and keep calm. And this time too I am very satisfied.

Received compatible power supplies instead of original, they may work well but they aren't the same.

Ordered the battery for my lenovo 720S13ARR81BR, the price is lowest in the world, the product genuine, shipped very quickly an d low coast transportation.

The product is very good, perfectly functioning and matches the description. The expedition was very fast. Also the site is good and the transaction easy.

After a lot of research, I decided that it would be best to spend a little more to acquire a branded Dell replacement laptop battery, and was a bit disappointed with the delivery timescale, but I received the battery sooner than expected. Unfortunately it was an unbranded battery and there has been zero response to my immediate email to the service email address

Very well packaged and arrived very quickly! I was actually not expecting it to be packaged as it was and thought I was sent the wrong part. I emailed them and they responded very quickly. Turns out it was just a misunderstanding on my part. Battery works great! Would buy from them again.

Extremely good customer service, addressing all your questions and fast turnaround response times. Great seller, I will be returning for other purchases in the future.
