Smooth and simple to do business with, already purchased 2 pieces of land from them here in Southern California... Fair pricing and interest is a little higher than most but that's fine allowing those an opportunity to become land owners,

One addition I would make as they have the Finance Option and Pay in Full... They should Add a " Big Down, Super low monthly payments " Example: $1,000 Down $99 a month... The terms could be 14% Interest and strength out the terms... Low Monthly payments are KING

It seems meaningful and tangible to invest in land. It's agricultural land, so I'm beginning to experiment with plants. I'm also exploring what types of structures and businesses I could have there. Even if nothing pans out, I have a spot that's my own to watch breathtaking desert sunsets.

The only reason this score is a 4, not 5 is because there was a technical difficulty. I tried to purchase land once before and the server froze while processing.

I would recommend doing extensive research before buying land. Download the app LandId, or search the APN on the county website. Look at zoning, water, etc.

I love this site for land you don't have to go through all the real estate hoops to buy land and its financed or pay full.
