I haven't purchased lamp shades in quite awhile. I was completely gobsmacked by the prices and the lack of instore availability. It was just very confusing when I got notice that the item had been delivered on 15 OCT 2021, and here we are on 22 OCT 2021, so I finally called Lamp Plus who looked into where the item was. I received the item the very next day, yesterday, 23 OCT 2021, along with the identical item ordered recently, so it was nice to finally have what I desired and the lamps are stunning.

The track heads I ordered were open boxes, probably returns - this was not indicated when I ordered them - fortunately they seemed to be 'as new', and while I did not install or test them I assume they work as well as new.

Order arrived quite quickly. One table was in excellent condition but the other one had been damaged in transit. One corner of the table top had been smashed and broken. I telephoned customer service and spoke with a very helpful lady who agreed to send me a replacement top forthwith. My communication with customer service was quite pleasant and helpful.

I chose a lampshade for a very large custom lamp. It arrived, packaged correctly, thank you. Installing it on the lamp it was intended for, disappointment! It looked terrible. There was another lamp in the room whose shade looked like it needed replacing. I tried it on this lamp and was impressed with how it made the lamp look. End results, very happy with my selection and the quality of the shade.

The postal service delivered a lamp without a particular fastener. When I called LampsPlus, the customer service representative immediately and without question ordered the missing part.
I've made purchases from LampsPlus in the past, and have always been satisfied. The only reason this purchase got 4 stars instead of 5 was because one lamp shade was slightly bent upon arrival. It looks fine when not lit, but the small imperfections can be seen when the lamp is on.

I bought a fan and an extended rod. They send me the rod after a few days and then I get an email stating my fan MAY be available late January 2022. Clearly the company knew they didn't have it in stock when it was advertised as available. I sent them an email canceling the fan and they have the audacity to say that since I received my $30 rod that I'm obligated to pay for the $600 fan that they don't know when they can deliver it to me.
