Martha O, Sales, had lots of good ideas, very helpful. I keep calling her for any orders. Had some issues with various damage, Service folks pleasant to deal with, replacements received in no time. Refunds were also death with timely.
Great choices, great prices! Looks great in the guest bath
I ordered and paid for 2 pendant lights; however, I received only one light. I called Lamps Plus immediately as I wanted two, not one. I don't want to drag out the story, but I made many calls and emails to them as well as FedEx. I finally got the missing pendant 10 days later! The manufacturer had to resend it per their protocol.
I do love the pendant's though.
The lamp was perfect, quuick and easy checkout. It came in pieces but was easy to assemble with minimal effort.
