Lamps Plus

I've used Lamps Plus twice in the past month and wasn't disappointed. If I'd discovered this company before now, I'm sure when I remodeled my kitchen and bathrooms, I would have found all my lighting needs and much more! Great service!

Site was well organized. My order for two light fixtures was promptly shipped, and both items were easy to track. They were both received with no damage, all parts and I installed them with no issues.

Whenever we need lighting or ceiling fans, etc. we turn to Lamps Plus. They have a large selection that satisfies all tastes. Most of the time they have exactly what we need and like. The products come quickly and safely. We haven't put the latest purchases up yet but are excited to see!

I love this lamp. It seems to be made well, with a ceramic base and a wood neck. The cost was very reasonable. The overall look is super. The only issue was that the lampshade came a bit dented on one side. I have simply moved that side to the wall so no one can see.

Like most web sites it is somewhat cumbersome to navigate since they have thousands of products. Filters are iffy as to what you will see. Prices are typical for the products, I did not find any exceptional savings.
Transaction was smooth, shipping info was prompt and accurate.

I was looking for a Christmas gift for my sister-in-law. She needed a floor lamp with a high output to light her living room. Her living room faces north so it's difficult to light the room during the day and night. Lamps Plus had a huge selection of floor lamps to choose from and free shipping.

Went to store walked around sales rep asked if we needed help we said no thank you. Nice. But when we left without buying 3 sales reps were huddled together talking but they watched us leave without asking to help again. I think they should have directed us to look at your website, perhaps even volunteer to show us items not at the store but available online

I received a package that I didn't notice had a big ding in it until I actually took it out of the box and realized the lamp was dented. The box had a dent in the same place as did the interior packing. I called customer service and they made it right by sending me a new lamp out right away and I was able to install it just a couple days later than I started.
