If I could give less than one star, I would. I received my dress and overall was not very impressed with the quality, but I get that you get what you pay for. However, upon close inspection, I noticed that the lace pattern was not the same as in the picture. The lace is very see through and the bra cups show through immensely in a very unflattering way. It would be nice if they would tell you this from the beginning. The lace pattern itself was a different pattern than the dress in the picture, quite noticeably around the neckline and stomach areas. The quality of the sewing was also very poor. The neckline was cut unevenly and went up further on one side than the other. Some of the sewn on lace was already not sewn down properly and peeling up. I contacted customer service and showed pictures of the dress and listed my issues and here were their responses verbatim. I cut and pasted these. "Hi

We have checked for you and we did the right dress in your order. We inspect the dress carefully before shipped out. When you are shopping online, it is common sense that the dress will definitely has some difference as the picture shows."

There is nothing wrong with the dress itself. The difference is acceptable. It's unfair for us to take the responsibility. Just keep the dress or you can send it to your friends or resell it locally. The return is really not possible.

The tone of voice in these responses is totally unacceptable as is the reasoning for not giving me a return. To tell someone that it's "common sense" that it would be different is outrageous and unheard of. I will never buy anything from this website again and strongly advise against people buying their products.

1 star: Bad I'd give ZERO stars if I could.
I ordered 2 dresses for my son's wedding--was a horrible memory they created for me! On the package they ship to you they put another address from the US. They tell you they will give your money back but will not. It takes 4-6 weeks to get the shipment and if you want to return anything or exchange, you will receive a notice you can't exchange or get a refund due to its been over 15 days. They also had the nerve to tell me that clothes never look like the photos when you buy on the internet! Worse company I have ever dealt with. Please do not order from this company. It's a scam!
I bought 2 dresses at a cost of $269.00. Both dresses looked NOTHING like the photos--I wouldn't even wear them for Halloween!
Fraud all the way, horrible.
I wish I had seen this prior to purchasing. Of course, the reviews posted ON THEIR site are glowing (FAKE). I contacted them within hours of my delivered product to which you can only respond via email, you must contact them within 24 hours, but they took 3 weeks to respond to me. They insulted me-- they use STOLEN photos of dresses that aren't their own and take your money and ship you something that is worse than a packaged Halloween outfit. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY. I will be reporting this company as they send fraudulent pieces and do not abide by their return policy. The Better Business Bureau, Consumer Protection Agency and the Ohio Attorney General are some of the agencies that I will report them to! I think they also sell casual clothes on other sites, such as NORACARA.

I purchased my wedding dress from Lala Mira and it has literally been my most disappointing online purchase I have ever made. Initially, I used their sizing chart to buy a dress and when it arrived it was too big, a strange color (not the same pink shown on the website) and the trumpet fit was actually mermaid fit. At the time, I did not realize they only had a seven-day window for returns so I just took the loss and ordered another dress a size down. When it arrived, it did not have the corset back it was advertised to have. Long story short, I have been going back and forth with customer service representatives for nearly a month because they refuse to refund the dress, even though they've admitted in several emails that mistakes made on the part of Lala Mira should be rectified with a return/refund. I was then told that I could not return the item because they could not sell it to another person. What a scam. Then I was offered a 10% refund, which was eventually bummed up to a 25% refund of the dress value. I requested a 30% refund of my total purchase that will only amount to $57 and they won't even agree to that. Also, the terms and conditions on the website list information that should be in the refund policy, and the refund policy leaves out information such as "if we deem that your dress cannot be resold, we will not honor you with a refund." They enforce rules that you don't even have the opportunity to opt into or sign-off on. Discriminatory, rude, and an utter waste of time. I'm sure my wedding will come and go before I can get fair treatment. I literally have 2 dresses now that I can't wear. Buy at your own risk. If I could do it over again I would have never purchased from them. Do your research -- there are many bad reviews on this company on Wedding Wire, The Knot, Trust Pilot, and even private Facebook groups for brides/weddings.

I ordered a prom gown for my daughter. The gown was too big in the chest area and my daughter didn't like the fit. I wrote to the company the next day to initiate the return process. They didn't reply to me for 5 days! Finally, on the sixth day they said it was MY mistake and that I shouldn't have ordered it in that size! We ordered it in the correct size, it was the fit that didn't work. How many dresses do you have to try on in your size when you're in a dressing room at a real store before you find one that fits? A lot! I've been wasting time replying to these idiotic e-mails from lalamira. Here is one from this morning.

Why don't they just put that at the top of their webpage!? It would save all of us a lot of frustration, wasted time, and money! I'm filing a formal complaint with my BBB, like the thousands of others before me. I'm also suing to get my money back. Moral of story: DO NOT BUY from this company, they don't take returns! I ended up purchasing a dress from Simply Dresses.

I got my dress and was literally ripping the box open I was so excited. The excitement only last for a few seconds. The dress was horrible! There were strings coming off of it everywhere. The dress did not come close to what the picture looked like.
Dont bother even trying to get a return. Ive been emailing them all morning and every resposne is the same. "We did do the dress thats in the picture. Youbhave to understand that there will be some differences in the picture and the actual dress." Ok i get that but not look like the cheapest imitation of it. It doesnt even look identical to it. I tried to have friends that can sew help try to salvage it but it was no use. The dress it self is better as scrapes. Please do not be blind and go by the few reviews that say the got such an amazing dress... no they didnt. I guarentee it. This site is a joke and i lost close to $300. The best part is... i have no time to fina another dress for my wedding. Thanks for nothing!
I attached 2 pictures. One of what its supposed to look like and one of what i got. The loose strings were ridiculous! There was so many and careful trimming them is making some of the stitching come out. Poor poir quality

BEWARE BEWARE I recently ordered a dress from this website for my friends wedding I am a bridesmaid we requested the color royal blue the dress came a horrible ugly blue color it was nowhere near royal blue also the dress was not is a proper size even though I was professionally measured also the dress was not sewed during the midline the stitches were coming apart I reached and contacted customer service over the last few days and I am so outraged in the way they responded to me the last comment from the representative was it's not fair that they have to make the dress And now I want a full refund they told me to go sell the dress to a friend locally I could not believe the way I was treated as a paying customer I have took the situation into serious hands i contacted my financial institution to dispute the transaction I spent $200 on my dress do not buy the dress looks nothing like the advertised picture my friend also bought her wedding dress and it came it was supposed to be a mermaid gown it looks like something my grandma would wear very poor quality material do not buy…

Also the website states that they will offer a refund as long as the dress is not wORN or tailored or washed or anything fondled with it which I literally opened up the box saw the hideous thing and was quick to return it BEWARE SCAM LOOKING DRESSES

This dress was absolutely EXQUISITE! I accidentally found the website and ordered two dress. After submitting payment, about a day later, I decided to research reviews on Lalamira, and to my dismay, found a MULTITUDE of negative reviews. Needless to say, I was nervous now because I ordered 2 really complex dresses for a wedding and was running out of time.
They completed the dress and shipped it rapidly, and I just got the dress today. I was blown away with how beautiful the dress was, it looks absolutely like the picture and the material was perfection! I love the lace up back and I put the dress on immediately. I couldn't lace the entire thing up by myself, but it was a PERFECT fit (custom sizing). I will receive the second dress in 2 days and I am hoping it is as amazing as the first. So far, I will NEVER buy off the rack again and Lalamira will be my go to place for an event dress.
I took a picture, but couldn't lace it up without help, but I was excited to show the beautiful workmanship of this dress!
