This dress is Everything a girl My size can dream of I love it I cried when I saw this dress this website for a prom dress will be my every choice this year and next year thank you sooooo much I love it!

I beg anyone looking at dresses DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT buy from this company. I ordered 2 flower dresses each for my girls because I wasn't sure which one I wanted. Once they were shipped I found a dress elsewhere. When they arrived, I sent in my request for a return on 4 dresses that were unopened and I was denied. No where in their return policy does it say one cannot return a unopened dress. Yet, whoever is behind the computer granted returns ( which I'm 99.99% sure they don't approve any) said it's not their fault, they can't accept the return and I should just go sell them to a local shop. I have threaten legal action and based on the numerous people that have been scammed by this company I can't imagine I'm the first.
I have a hard time believing the positive reviews are legit after my personal experience and the 100's of negative reviews that I have read. There are some that have gone as far as reporting them to the Fair Trade commission. The majority of the negative reviews have a common thread- dishonesty in their "return policy"

This dress is amazing. It fits well. It looks expensive. When comparing it to dresses I have that are 150-250$, it is similar in quality. I love it. I may even purchase it in another color

I paid for my wedding dress paid to have it shipped express they took my money I never got my wedding dress I had to buy another wedding dress im reporting them to the better business bureau

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANYshocking service, shocking customer service. Dress totally misshapen, unexplainable extra material and inaccurately size! Will not except a return as it's my fault apparently for not being the correct shape for the dress! Say its unfair on them for me to expect them to receive the return, even though it's states in their returns policy they accept returns if dress is misshapen, not worn, altered or a tailored dress! Unbelievable to call them selfs a company that strives to do the best for the customer!

... but if you're a scam artist then it proves why you're still in business.

I'm disappointed that I did not research the reviews for this company before buying a dress from them. I ordered a dress, and it wasn't anything like their photodefinitely false advertising! Well needless to say, they tried telling me it was my mistake for ordering it and refused to refund me. They even went as far as trying to make my return about the wrong size. Which is not why I wanted to return it. What's frustrating is, I always read online return policies before buying things, and no where does it say they don't accept returns or exchanges if the customer is dissatisfied. Therefore if us customers are unhappy with our order we should be able to get our money back. Seeing how they do not accept any returns or exchanges then they have to say that, and they don't! It's incredibly unethical for a company to put "the mistake" back on their customers just because they're greedy capitalists.

This dress is gorgeous! I ordered this last minute for our last minute elopement. I ordered on 9/3 and it showed up on my doorstep on 9/18. I was nervous about ordering online but saw so many great reviews that I thought I'd give it a try. I'm so happy I did. I did a custom fit and it was perfect! I also asked that it be knee length instead of tea length and it was perfect as well! The few things I will say is that the back has buttons all the way up. (I thought it had a key whole based on the photo on the website) Also, the lace across the abdomen is darted, which was hard to tell in the photo but once I brought it to the dry cleaners and had them steam it or whatever they do to get the wrinkles out it was perfect. Also the arms and neckline still had a strange fringe on it, I was very careful and cut it all off so it was more of a refined look. There's also a build in bra type thing for support but I put one of those lift and stick bras on for a little lift, it worked perfectly. (From target, nothing fancy) also the colored ribbon around the waist matched the ivory dress perfectly, it doesn't stand out at all. It photographed really well too. I couldn't be happier. I ordered a prom dress paid £145 for but when the dress arrived its not the one i ordered. The material is so cheap and the fitting i ordered was for size 10 they sent size 12/14. Colour looks horrible. Slit is in a wrong position. I emailed them right away and they are very unprofessional in emailing back by say "use your common sense when order online". They are not accepting the dress back for a refund as it hasnt been work. But they would not accept it to be aent back. They said refunf is not really acceptable! How on this earth itd not acceptable? Stealing customers money by showing the dress on webpage and which looks good amd sending the one would have costed them max £10 to make it! Look at the pics DO NOT TRUST THE QUALITY AND THEIR SERVICE! IT IS ALL SCAM
