For those of you who may want to file a complaint do what I did. I filed a complaint against this vendor with my credit card company and Pay Pal which was the method of payment used. Lets see how this will turn out. I will keep you all posted.
As for a class action lawsuit. Any lawyer out there interested?

Stay as far away as possible from these crooks! I bought a dress for $166 for a special event. I thought I was getting a burgundy dress, which is what I ordered, but when I received the dress it was red. When I contacted them to return the dress they would not entertain my request unless I send them a photo of the dress for them to make a decision. They then decided not to accept the return because they said they did not err on the color. Bear in mind, that this happened after I had originally told them that the color table for the dress I wanted to purchase was not working so I couldn't see it in burgundy. They suggested I view another dress in burgundy and told me I was going to receive my dress in that same color, but to given allowances for the variation in the color because computer monitors don't always show the exact color. But when I received the dress it was a far cry from burgundy. Furthermore, the material is cheap, not worth the money. I will be filing a report against this company. All of those who were ripped off should get together and take out a class action law suit...
