DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
They do not accept returns or exchanges, their only form of communication is through rude, illiterate emails. Oh, and they don't have a US number either, they only have a Chinese phone number and no one answers. The dress I got didn't look like the material in the photo at all, and it's a little small in the bust area and they wouldn't even do an exchange. They are ridiculous and should be sued for lying and theft. I've never been treated so poorly by a online retail store in my entire life.
Horrible customer service when trying to exchange an item. Said it was "common sense that an item will definitely have some differences from the picture online". Shouldn't the item look exactly as you're selling it online?

Per their policy online you can return within 7 days if not satisfied. I've been reaching out since the day I received shipment and no one is answering me. This is absolute fraud.
Terrible customer service. Return policy is ridiculous. Be prepared to send back the day you receive or else you are stuck with a poor quality, ill fitting piece of clothing.

Website completely fraud. I have ordered a dress for my niece based on their measurements. Well it appears that the dress will be around two sizes too large. I contacted customer service within 24hour window and they demanded to pay extra to change the size 6 rather than 8. It doesn't cost extra material and the dress was not even started. So I responded asking to cancel and refund my money. They responded that my request is not possible. Mean time, keep in mind, they would respond to only one email per 24hour window period to prolong the process and make you look at fault for not being timely to contact them. So to be proactive, I logged on to my lalamira.com account and filed for order cancelation which happened around 30min passed 24hour period and also my order is on hold since we are having issues here. Anyway, it is clear that they are frauding people and I will have to report the fraud to my credit card company, which I very well informed lalamira.com about it. By the way, they said cancelation is not possible even though I submitted request and took a picture of screen shot with time and date plus attached the picture two emails at this time. In addition I have an email requesting cancelation in writing for prove. Make sure take pictures and save all communication since you will need it in case you end up ordering.
Perfect dress for my wedding. Super on time, it fit perfectly and she was so quick in responding to my messages. Highly recommend. Absolutely reliable, would do it again.

DO NOT EVER ORDER FROM THIS SITE. The flower girl dresses I ordered, both arrived damaged and didn't even resemble the dress on the site. After much back and forth, they finally agreed to refund me 25% of the purchase price and kept insisting I should pay out of my own pocket to have it repaired (you can't repair torn lace), but the refund never arrived.

The first time I ordered a dress from them, they had asked for credit card and identity details. AND THEN THEY CANCELLED MY ORDER, In which they claim was an "accident". They said they had given me a full refund but when I checked there was no payment made into my bank account. Being naive, I thought that maybe it was just a common human error so I tried ordering a dress the second time, successful but the next day I checked, their website was GONE. In my advice, DONT BUY FROM THEM and read reviews before buying

They sent me a dress that it was not the one it was displayed online. Cheap knockoff. I tried contacting them and they told me that they sent the right color and to give it to my friends or sell it locally. I paid $126 for a dress that cost them $5. I actually filed a complaint against this website on: econsumer.gov. They need to be taken down and stop them from scamming other people like us. It needs to stop really. They have an address and number from London but they are actually in China. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE.
