This dress is beautiful, it far exceeded my expectations! The dress is do inexpensivly priced I wasn't sure what to expect. When it arrived, I was thrilled with everything about it. It is well made, fabric feels nice, and it looks amazing.The dress was a little large in the chest, I had to take it in a little. I had considered ordering a smaller size, but was concerned it would be too small in other areas. I probably would have been fine to go with a smaller size. I took it in with just an extra stitch on either side of the dress, if you don't have a sewing machine or don't know how to sew, I would recommend going with the smaller size.

Horrible company! I ordered a dress, then realized it was a complete mistake because it wouldn't get here in time for a wedding I have. I cancelled the order within 10 minutes explaining that even with expedited shipping I paid for it wouldn't get here in time (I don't know where my mind was thinking I had 3 weeks until the wedding) they took a couple hours to respond to which they said they are going to get "their cost worth" and not refund my money because they already started tailoring my dress... I didn't ask for a custom or tailored dress. I asked for a regular size US 6, no specifications at all to the dress... how could they have started the dress when according to the order status my payment wasn't even processed yet?!?! I'm so livid. Canceling an order within 10 minutes, 10 MINUTES, and they don't think I should be refunded? Wow. Mind blown.

I'm in love! I ordered custom measurements for this dress. It was supposed to be delivered on the 23rd of March, and I received it on the 20th. I was so impressed with the customer service, and quality of the ordering process. When I received my dress, I automatically fell in love! Thank you to the lalamira team. I will definitely order from you again!

I ordered four dresses for over £450. I received an email asking for a copy of my passport, driving licence and visa card. I obviously refused to send these to limit identity fraud and received an email saying they would not therefore be able to take the order - even though they had deducted the funds. I am still awaiting the refund... DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE. I have now reported them to the bank and British authorities.

I ordered a dress for my 2 year old granddaughter, used their measurement guide, when the dress arrived first of all there were threads hanging from the hem of the dress where it was coming unraveled, I tried the dress on her and it was so small I couldn't even get it zipped on her. Contacted their customer service and asked for a refund, they wanted pictures of the dress and the hem unraveling so I sent them, their reply was that I didn't order the correct size dress, that they made it the right size and that they inspected the dress before shipment so it didn't matter to them if the sewing was coming out, they refused to accept the dress back and give a refund. Save your money because even if there is something wrong with a dress you ordered they will say it's your fault and not issue a refund, very inferior product

We bought dress 150 so not cheap when we got it the zip was broken. The first time zip it up it broke. Sent email same day as getting the dress. The reply bck was SHOCKING we was told 2 take dress 2 fixer n it was our fault. I wouldn't NEVER use this wed site again. Cheap material cheap zip n keep yr money n blame you. Do yr self a favour n block tis site. The box it come in look like been sat in warehouse forever. Overall rating____ 0

I ordered a dress and when their site would not accept payment I paid via Paypal as directed. Kept getting email saying it had not been paid for. Checked with Paypal and my bank to verify they had been paid. I sent LaLaMira my receipts from Paypal and was told that they still did not have my money and they asked to be paid again. I filed a dispute with Paypal and my bank... and ordered a dress someplace else for 2x the price. They wanted to be paid twice and THAT was not happening.

Please do not waste time buying from this website. I bought a prom dress for $160 from here. When I recurved the dress, it did not look like the picture. I paid for expedite (2-4 days) shipping and did not get my dress til 2 weeks later. Dress was way to big in the chest area and the dress was way to puffy than the picture looks. I emailed to give me instructions on how to return item and they said it's my fault for picking the wrong size and they did not do anything wrong. Since I was at fault, I cannot return dress. WTF. I've never had this problem anywhere else. So please DO NOT (I repeat) DO NOT waste your money and time on this lalamira website. They are such BS.

I ordered 2 dresses for myself and a little bride dress for my daughter, first they lied about the delivery date, and as am writing haven't gotten my order, The wedding date as passed, have to purchased another cloth for my daughter, and message Lalamira I don't need the dress again, was told they can't refund me, this site is a bunch of fraudsters, don't ever purchase or buy from them, the communications is so poor, all they wanted is your money, will keep sending reviews cause have being blocked from contacting them, lala Mira fraudsters

Don't buy from here! I paid extra to have a dress fitted to me and when I got it in... terrible! The color wasn't a true match to the picture - which is understandable and I could live with - What I can't do is crocked stitching, blue thread on white lace, hem unraveling with threads hanging off, and the lace itself a mess with strings all over and lifting off. When I asked to return the dress and for a refund the SAME day I got it. They demanded pictures. So I sent tons of pics on the poor job that was done. They refuse to give me my money back or take the dress back. They keep telling me that the color is right and it was made correctly. No it wasn't! The dress is literally coming apart at the seams! They told me to just resell it if I don't like it. They don't get it and refuse to give me my money back. Terrible Company!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

I ordered a size 12 bridesmaid dress, but when it arrived they had made a mistake and sent a size 14 which we did try and was miles too big. I emailed them thinking it would be a simple case of me sending the size 14 back to them, and upon receipt of the dress they would then send the size 12 that I ordered and paid for. But No they assured me that they had sent the correct size, I proceeded by sending them a copy of the order confirmation which clearly stated size 12 as well as the label that the dress come with which clearly stated uk size 14. I also measured the dress which were the same measurements they advertise for a size 14 After going back and forth, I got nowhere apart from them telling me its there policy which makes absolutely no sense considering they made the mistake.

I was skeptical not going to lie. Reading all these perfect reviews like it was too good to be true. The quality in the dress and it's just as beautiful in the picture and when I saw my NEICE in it it was even better than the picture. I'm still saying 5 stars even tho there was a whole in the netting but it was not a big deal. And for the price like it was perfect even with that whole which was an easy fix and that's if someone noticed it. LOOOVE my grandma is already on the website buying her granddaughter (she's step grandma) a dress already! And my NEICE opened her dress on Tuesday lol
