I bought this dress for prom and looking at the sizing chart the size would've been too long for me. I talked on the live chat to someone about custom fitting and they were so helpful in guiding me through how I needed to alter my dress to my height and heals. This dress was absolutely beautiful and fit me PERFECTLY because I paid the extra money to get it customed fitted to me. I was surprised by how professional the dress was made. This is the place to order a custom fitted dress for prom, you won't be disappointed!

As my son's fiancee has just found out, LaLaMira are notorious for not giving refunds. It's best if you just don't deal with them, however, if you have already been caught out and used your credit card for the purchase, 1st contact LaLaMira and politely ask for refund, keeping copies of all documents. 2nd contact your credit card company and ask them to intervene on your behalf as they have a legal requirement to do so.(See Section 75 of the Consumer Credit Act). Items covered are those that are faulty, damaged, not as described, not delivered but still charged. Minimum purchase £100. Good luck!

This company should not be in business. The dress I received is the worst knockoff of what they had online. I opened the box and tried to reach them immediately. After several emails back and forth they refused saying it wasn't fair to them that I wanted to return the dress. My mistake for not reading the reviews! I was not the first but just one of many who lost their money to a foreign company with absolutely no desire to satisfy the customer. STAY AWAY from these people.

Rip off... I paid for customize. I took the dress to be measured by a professional and they confirmed it is not the size that I instructed to make the dress. The straps are extremely short, my daughter couldn't even put her head and arm through so I've had to get the straps removed.
Worse company ever. Do not order from here. Cheap material. Horrible company. Horrible experience do not buy from them. Do not believe the reviews they have on their website they are fake.

This company is a joke. The quality of the dress was fair, definitely needs to be altered and was way more white than ivory. The largest downfall was the customer service- or lack thereof. Their return policy states if you are not satisfied Fied to initiate a return within 7 days of purchase- unworn, not damaged, etc. I executed this exactly as it was described, and was told they would not issue a return because it was the color I asked for. Took no responsibility, made themselves out to be the victim. Total scam.

This company is a scam plain and simple. They do not honor their own refund policy. They show pictures of beautiful dresses that you think you are purchasing and then they send you some knock-off half put together atrocity that nobody would wear outside of their house. I am adding the pictures to the dress that they lied and said they were making for me and the one that I received. You be the judge as to whether these dresses even look similar. Please do not disregard the negative reviews! You will be very disappointed if you do. I lost over $200 with them and they almost ruined my 20th Anniversary party. Don't be scammed like I was.

I really love how my dress turned out, the fabrics and materials are so pretty. I got mine custom made to fit my body size and it fit really well, it was a little too long but I'm not too fussed about that. I would recommend purchasing this dress. I ordered a dress online ($180) for my up coming grad. Bought it, done. Then I thought (a little too late) that I should have looked up some reviews of la la mira. I did. I was horrified. Terrible reviews! But it was a little late. I got my package, and apprehensively opened it. I was pleasantly surprised and greatly relieved that it was what I ordered, properly made, correct colour, and size (I ordered one custom sized)!. Although the fabric isn't as nice as it could be, it is a very nice dress. Looks amazing =) (in the pictures, it needs to be ironed a bit still because of the small size of the package).

I ordered two flower girl dresses for my wedding. The material was so cheap looking. The dresses did not look anything like the pictures on the website. I was worried that the straps were going to break on the girls. When I got the shipment, the receipt was all in Chinese, so I couldn't read anything. When I tried to return the dresses that I paid $139 (for 2 girl dresses), they told me I could return it, but it would be $50. I am so upset with the purchase. I guess I should have looked at the reviews first.

I purchased a dress from this retailer and cancelled it within 24 hrs. A ticket wascreated and we did not hear from them for a week. Then they said that the dress was shipped. I tried to chat on their website and told them we had cancelled. They told me that a sales person will get back to me. They have no phone number to contact ( and the one they have on the website does not work). After a few emails they told me that I cannot return it as it is not their company's police to take returns. I do not understand this b as most retailers will take returns if a customer is not satisfied. There is no address for return and I have now asked the credit card company to refute. Please be careful when you are dealing with sites like this. They have an address in London and clothes are shipped from china.

Delivery time was less than 2 weeks -super pleased! The dress is exactly as pictured and more. Amazing workmanship! My seamstress was impressed. I'm a size 8-10 in dress sizes but I ordered a size 12 as a recommendation. Good thing I did! My seamstress did a few adjustments at the shoulders and it fit just right. The color I choose was the featured color, it too was also as pictured! Gorgeous! I will be wearing it to a formal wedding as a guest. And will definitely be wearing it for other occasions!
