Delivery time was less than 2 weeks -super pleased! The dress is exactly as pictured and more. Amazing workmanship! My seamstress was impressed. I'm a size 8-10 in dress sizes but I ordered a size 12 as a recommendation. Good thing I did! My seamstress did a few adjustments at the shoulders and it fit just right. The color I choose was the featured color, it too was also as pictured! Gorgeous! I will be wearing it to a formal wedding as a guest. And will definitely be wearing it for other occasions! This company is horrific and a scam. The dress I ordered has great reviews so I thought the dress would work. I am the made of honor for my sisters wedding. The dress is cheap, nothing like the picture, and it looks like a prom dress. I have contacted live chat multiple times and all they say is their post-sales team will contact me within 24 hours but I have yet to receive a response. I have contacted my bank to file a dispute. This company needs to be shut down! I wrote a review about the dress and it didn't get posted to their website. They filter through and probably make up good reviews. Shady, shady, shady! They messed with the wrong person and they clearly do not respect their costumers! I really wish I would've investigated before buying this dress.

They sent me a dress that was huge and didn't fit. I sent them pictures but they decided they didn't want to take the dress back so they're not giving me a refund and I have to keep this hideous dress that doesn't even fit me. They told me to take it to a tailoring place to get it fixed which will cost me another $200. Unbelievable company! Terrible customer service, terrible dresses that don't even look like the picture, and they don't even know how to size dresses. Do not order from this company!

We purchased a prom dress using their size chart. The dress is too small and there is a 4 inch gap where my daughter is not able to zip the dress up. We contacted the company within the allotted time and they will not give a refund saying that it is our fault that the dress does not fit and that we need to get it altered. They will not return the dress or provide a refund. The fabric is cheap and it doesn't look like it does in the photo. Do not buy from them!

The dresses were beautiful, but completely inaccurate in US sizing. When I took pictures of the dresses NOT fitting me and sent to them (as they require, by the way!), they refused to allow me to return the dresses and told me I need to have them tailored and it wasn't their fault they didn't fit, it was mine! The dress material does not allow for tailoring! They then told me to sell them on my own to someone else or give them away! WHAT kind of company is this? So now I am out $300! I am completely appalled at this!

I bought this dress for prom and looking at the sizing chart the size would've been too long for me. I talked to someone about custom fitting and they were so helpful in guiding me through how I needed to alter my dress to my height and heals. This dress was absolutely beautiful and fit me PERFECTLY because I paid the extra money to get it customed fitted to me. I was surprised by how professional the dress was made. This is the place to order a custom fitted dress for prom, you won't be disappointed!

I ordered a dress from LaLaMira and it was 2 sizes too small. There is no way I was off that much that I couldn't even have 2 inches taken out for it to fit me. I would understand if I had given custom measurements, but not to even exchange it for a bigger size. I measure a 4 on regular sizing. I know that these dresses do run small. I measured and ordered an 8. Did everything they asked, by sending pics, etc. Why even ask to send a picture if they do not even consider exchanging. They should say all sales are FINAL!

Don't waste your money. I ordered a bridesmaid dress which was supposed to be Cabernet. I received a dress that was half Cabernet and half Tan. I put in a ticket within a few hours of receiving the dress only to be told that it cannot be exchanged. They said it was a slight variation in color. No this was a totally different color. I've attached a photo of one of the other bridesmaids dress which is the right color. And the one that they sent me. This is an insult to the Bride. This is not her colors. They told me to try and sell the dress locally. I can only imagine how many people are trying to find this dress in this color. Smh.
