The dress was really good quality I was kinda worried considering not all the reviews were positive on this site but it was really well made I just had to get mine tailored because I was a little off on one of the measurements but that was clearly my fault. But overall the dress was really nice and I was a little worried on the shipping but they emailed me as soon as it shipped. Thanks again Lalamira.

The dress I ordered is nothing like the picture. This is a fraud Company they post a picture of amazing dresses that isn't their product. This company uses photos from who knows where. You think you are ordering what they make and advertise.
I got a dress 3 times larger then what I ordered and looks nothing like the advertised picture. The material is very cheap looking. Horrible customer service. They will not return the dress and said this is what I ordered.
Save your Money and don't waist your time.

I ordered a mother of the bride dress for my daughter's wedding. I tried it on the day I received it and it looked like a cheap prom dress. I immediately contacted them and was told that I could not return the dress because it was "custom ordered". When ordering the dress, I had to chose the color of the skirt. This makes it a "custom order" even though there is no other way to order the dress. They may make okay dresses for prom, or teenagers, but the dress looked horrible for my needs. Also, the are in China and not London - like advertised.

This company has the WORST customer service EVER! If you have an issue it will NOT be resolved. I would give them a 0 out of 5 if I could!

To make a long story short, I wanted to cancel my order. They said I couldn't. I told them that's ridiculous b/c they can resell the dress. They came back with giving me a 50% refund plus shipping cost. I still did not find this fair, but accepted. I told them in all caps, I want to cancel and take the partial refund. They shipped the dress 2 days later! Then when I asked them, they said, oh it's been shipped, you can't cancel! I screen shotted my message about cancelling a full 2 days before it shipped... when responding they ignored that, and just said, "I'm sure you'll be happy with the dress". WOW. Just ignored me! Now I'm stuck having to sell the dress! Again, WORST customer service EVER!

Absolutely horrible! The dress that we ordered looked NOTHING like the picture, it had a terrible netting around the neckline that wasn't shown in the picture by any means, which made the dress look like a cheap Halloween costume. When we asked for a refund, customer service had the nerve to tell us "that it's common sense to expect an online purchase to look different than the picture" like what? Really?

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. The sizes are not accurate. When you try to buy return they deny your return. Please read all the reviews first. I am so upset with myself for being suckered. I know better than this, but thought the prices were great and the dresses look so pretty. Its too bad they are making so much money on woman trying to find the right dress. I literally have a dress I will not wear and lost $200 dollars. I am a size 16/18 but bought the 22 because of the measurements they gave on ther website. I DONT recommend this website for anybody. They have these beautiful dresses on their website but isnt what is shipped off to the buyers. I brought my daughter a flower girl dress off here, this same one & when i received the dress it wasnt what i ordered off they site! Not the color nor the style of what i wanted. I asked for my refund, they denied my refund & told me thats its unfair & not their responsibility so i should send it to a friend or i should find somebody to buy it from me locally. My parents wedding is in exactly one month & i have to come out of pocket to buy her another dress on top of losing out on $113.00. Dont order from here! Very unprofessional They only contact through email.

I ordered my daughter a prom dress from this site. Tye picture the dress was pretty. Had nice detail to the mermaid dress with appliques that has some sort or sparkle to it. We got the dress and it looked nothing like the dress in the photo on their site. They are basically refusing to give me my money back even though their site does not state anything about all sales are final. Nothing on their site gave me the idea that i would not be able to return the dress

The return policy seems great but only if they give you your return ticket. I requested to return a wedding dress because it did not fit right one day after it was delivered. The policy allows 7 days return for free after delivery. I did not receive a return ticket after 5 days so I emailed customer service asking for an extension in the return policy. I received a reply to that email 8 days after delivery saying there is absolutely no reason the return policy can be extended. I still have not received a return ticket.
