I love the dress and the shipping was great but I would have liked the top of the dress to be more fitted. Other than that the dress is beautiful but it did come with a lot of thread attached to it from other dresses I assume.

My dress looks exactly like the picture. With very high quality. I like the fact that the company double checks your order by sending you an email for your confirmation for you to double check your order before making the dress. I give this company 5 stars

The seller was very communicative and nice! She fixed the color of my dress when I accidentally submitted the wrong color! The dress is very pretty and it didn't cost much to get it custom tailored to my measurements by the seller!

Was great. Since I put an order, I received an email back confirming my size and measurements. Then I received in the time offered and fix perfectly fine. Looks beautiful, great material, great price.

The dress didn't fit well and it didn't really look like the picture. They told me the back of the dress (which they did not provide pictures of on their website) was not open, but it actually was open. I really hoped the dress would be pretty and fit me (I confirmed all my measurements with them twice!) but it was too big in the bust and the green was not like the sample.

I found a dress on a different website and wanted the dress in a color the website didn't have it in when I found out lady prom dress did customized dresses I didn't hesitate. They did my dress perfect it's fits perfectly. It. And out the way I wanted this was my first time ever using this website now I'll use it again for future events

Service and delivery time 10/10, I'd give the dress a 9/10 the only thing I didn't like about the dress was the lace. I wish it matched with my skin tone, it was a bit lighter than me. Other than that, the dress was very pretty and I loved it.

Not only did the dress come in a fast timely fashion, it was everything both my daughter and I was looking for. The dress was a great fit and my daughter looks amazing in it. We can't wait until her prom date.

The dress came on time for my Daughter's Sweet 16 Party and communication was excellent; however when I received the dress it was in the wrong color and the measurements were off. We had her dress tailored and it fit perfect. The quality of the dress was amazing!

This dress is amazing, same color everything, they keep in contact with you to make sure that's the exact dress you want, they make sure and update you with your order. They get back to you really fast

They didn't send the same dress, is it pink? How can I get married in pink? The lace is not the same the quality is very inferior, I didn't like it and when I asked to return it they don't have a label it would be $ 100 just for shipping and they didn't refund it, don't buy from this company this is a scam

The communication was very poor. I tried to reach her before mailing the dress, that was not a customized dress, to tell her to cancel the order. She still mailed the dress anyway. The website states that you can get a refund and she REFUSED to give me a refund although the dresses had not been touched. I asked can I send the dress back before it even arrived. Once she refused to give a refund, I took the dress out of the package to see if I could place it on marketplace on Facebook and the dress was damaged.

I was a little nervous about ordering my wedding dress online. The dress is gorgeous and I was extremely surprised by the quality of the dress. I am happy with my purchase, only disappointing this is the dress is really big, I have an appointment to have it altered.

I heard you had great dresses and I had been looking for a dress to say yes to. I had almost given up hope but a friend shared your sight. I found a dress that I truly liked but was skeptical on ordering sight unseen since it is my wedding dress. But...I am proud to say that I LOVE MY DRESS! (Pictures to come!)

Customer service was great the dress was terrible the design was not what it shown to be I'm going to put pictures I asked for this dress in burgundy. They are in order of what I asked for what I got what I made it into.

The dresses fit perfect. I was a little scared at first about ordering the dresses but when they came I was very satisfied with the material and how wonderful they looked on my girls. Thank y'all sooo much

We provided measurements, but the dress was too big and required over $200 in alterations. The $200 was just in the arm and the top. The cost to take it up was too expensive due to the lining in the bottom hem that makes it stiff so we didn't even bother

I order a pink and silver fitted prom dress the silver design came different from the picture on the sight. And the dress came with lace in the front chest area but not shown in the picture. Beautiful dresses but not what I expected sorry.

The dress arrived and it is pretty. The only thing we didn't like is the in the picture it doesn't show there is a train in the back. The train is to long and we will need to go to the tailor to get it taken off. My daughter doesn't like the train because people will walk on it at the prom. I wish we would have known this so adjustment could have been make. The other thing is the dress doesn't fit like the model. All that matters is my daughter like it. The color is pretty. Great cost. Great service.

I wish the pictures were better I thought the top floral was silver but it arrived and was white. Dress was beautiful but the website just needs better description of the item and maybe more than 1 pictures. Other than that it was a great experience and the dress is beautiful.
