They kept emailing me to confirm my sizes, when I would need it by, and what color I got, even though I already placed the order. When it came in, it did not fit around the neck, the waist area did not fit well either, and it was too long.

The team was great and super responsive, but we had many hiccups trying to do our own measurements and the dress ended up being too big and not quite the color pictured online. The split was slightly off to the side and we thought it was a front split. Because of the material, if just cost too much to alter. Overall, experience was great with LadyPromdress, just difficult to purchase a dress online.

The team was very responsive, and quick! They communicate with you, and give you exactly what they advertise. The dress fit my daughter perfectly! We are absolutely overjoyed! Will definitely order again, and again!

She was very pleased and very beautiful. So many people on social media complemented her on how beautiful her dress was. When she walked in the prom everyone was shocked. Her pictures were are beautiful. I will be purchasing another dress in the near future Thanks Again. Anna

I ordered this dress for my wedding on April 15th, 2023 in mid March. The dress came early, customer service was great they made sure everything was correct with my order, and the dress was exactly how it is pictured. The fit was perfect and exactly what I pictured it would be. My favorite color is yellow and this made the best wedding dress ever. So many compliments were given. Definitely recommend!

I am very disappointed. I do not want to send the dress back because it will take a longer process. Please do not advertise any product of a design if it will not be directly like the design shown. Thank you.

I really thought my dress was going to be the same as the picture for my wedding day. I had anxiety and was truly devastated about wasting money because I rushed shipped my order and even had to pay almost $100 on returning the dress!

I ordered this dress the day we chose a date - I had it less than 2 weeks later! It was perfect- bigger than I thought it would since I went up 2 sizes thinking it wasn't true to size. That was actually perfect for alterations. It's gorgeous! I just wish they had said I would need to confirm via within 72 hours since I went on a cruise and missed all of the emails. But we got it straightened out and I loved it!

Very happy that I gotten the dress on time and it was perfect. Everyone said I looked like a princess. Great quality and picture perfect. I was scared when I first order the dress but the picture doesn't come a close to how it look in real life. I loved the dress!

Me personally. The dress didn't come out like the picture at all. The color was different and everything. Then when I reached out for help about the straps. I didn't get no helpful advice and was sent a video that was totally different from the straps on my dress.

I thought the dress was nice, not exactly what i expected but it still looked great and i love it for my prom. I thought the top part was gonna be more silver but it was more white and was lace with some silver sequins. I also did ask for the dress to be shorter but received a very long dress that i would not really walk in (5"3' for reference) and had to spend $170 to get it shortened. But i had a great experience shopping here and i recommend!

I ordered a prom dress from your site but it looked different from what was shown in the picture. I also paid extra for the exact measurements and it didn't fit correctly also the design was going side ways and the mesh area was in a entirely different place then the picture.

I was skeptical ordering from this site because I had never heard of ladypromdress. However, I am so happy that I did. The dress came in three weeks. I didn't submit custom measurements because I know my daughter's size and the dress fits perfectly.

I was a little skeptical at first,but once I received the dress for my daughter it was the correct measurements except one minor adjustment I had to get it taken in a little up top other than that the dress was fine.

The dress was beautiful and made well the only issue is in the email I told her navy blue and they made it in a royal blue we made it work but it was stressful 4 days before prom we had no choice but to roll with it.

I purchased a dress for 170.00. Received dress fast. Open and dress and it was nothing as pictures with missing sequins and a tear in the seam. Contacted Ladyprom and I was asked to have the dress fixed locally. I explained to them I was not having the dress fixed and I wanted a refund. They plainly did not want to refund. Would not give me a rerun address. They offer me $40 and for me to keep the dress to donate. Thankfully I paid with PayPal and I opened a complaint with them and PayPal a month later returned my money - shipping which was 27.00. I realized fast that this business was a scam. They will not refund your money for any reason on any purchase and the dresses are very cheap made.

They have poor communication skills
Command you respond to them immediately and when you're unavailable they give you a ridiculous ultimatum about your response time. When you respond they claim they will gone away for days at a time.

My experience was great, the dress came in a timely manner. My daughter sent in her measurements and they were precise, however my daughter lost a little weight and it needed to be taken in a bit. Overall still great experience.
