I ordered this dress for my wedding on April 15th, 2023 in mid March. The dress came early, customer service was great they made sure everything was correct with my order, and the dress was exactly how it is pictured. The fit was perfect and exactly what I pictured it would be. My favorite color is yellow and this made the best wedding dress ever. So many compliments were given. Definitely recommend!

I ordered a prom dress and got custom sized & I loved the customer service, but the bust size still came in too big and I have to get it tailored

I ordered a dress it was just as elegant as the photo fitted perfectly and I received it in a short period of time.
The dress was beautiful and made well the only issue is in the email I told her navy blue and they made it in a royal blue we made it work but it was stressful 4 days before prom we had no choice but to roll with it.
The dress did not look like what I purchased… there was also a pin left in the dress that stuck me while trying it on
The dress was perfect. It arrived on time and everything was perfect. Thank you guys for your awesome customer service as well

The quality was well worth the price. Dress arrived before scheduled date. However, the pictures online were different from what we received. I think we were expecting a different material.
I did have to take it in a bit more for a mermaid look. But the experience was great

It took a while to ship, like 4 weeks and came like 3 days before prom which is cool. But my order did not look like the picture i wanted at all. Like the dress was super cute still. But it didnt look anything like the picture
They have poor communication skills
Command you respond to them immediately and when you're unavailable they give you a ridiculous ultimatum about your response time. When you respond they claim they will gone away for days at a time.

Did not receive the product. Requested cancellation prior to the item even shipping and they offered a refund for a fraction of the original cost. Very disappointing.
