Dress came in time was big need alterations but turned out great

It was really big at the top but I got that part fixed and I had the best dress at prom if fit me perfectly.

I was not satisfied with the dress and tried to send it back, but it cost $300 more to send it back. I only paid $200 for the dress. I also did not like the way it fits!

My dress was a great fit and came in just in time before my event. My sisters dress however wasn't what I expected

I never received my dress and was told to me that FedEx delivered it on my porch and I was supposed to sign for it per Lady Prom Dress email instructions and none of that happened. I never got a doorbell ring nothing and my daughter was without the dress she wanted for her senior prom and last minute had to settle and go out and buy something else after spending money already with this company no Dress and not willing to refund me anything for the dress I never received. I do not recommend this company! I'm in process of disputing this with credit card company! I feel scammed! I will never support this business again!

I ordered a prom dress with my custom measurements. Dress was nowhere near my size. Came extremely big. After paying to get it altered it was fine but for the amount of money I spent it should have been tailored to me. Just a bunch of fabric thrown together. I might as well had got one of the primary sizes if that was the case.

Once the shipping address was change to where my granddaughter was located everything was great she love it Everything was good until I try to change the shipping address I was buying the dress for my granddaughter and now I got to have it shipped to me then spend more money to have it shipped to her

We provided measurements, but the dress was too big and required over $200 in alterations. The $200 was just in the arm and the top. The cost to take it up was too expensive due to the lining in the bottom hem that makes it stiff so we didn't even bother

Ordered a prom dress that was supposed to be a satin material and received velvet. When I wanted a refund for sending me the wrong products, they offered me less than half the price if I shipped it back and shipping it to China costs almost double than what the dress cost. Would never order from this company again.

Ordering and communication was excellent! The dress was beautiful and looked even better in person. Will definitely order again for future events.
