I was born, raised, and grew up in Akron, Ohio. Krispy Kreme has always been here and had the best donuts in the world! I'm ex- military and I have been all over the country and Europe and there was no donut that even comes close to K.K.'s...until now! I've gone to K.K.'s 3 times in the last six months and it's the same each time. Customer service was absolutely horrible! 2 days ago. I arrived there at 8pm and was informed that there was only 2 types of donuts that I could choose from because they were closing. I asked what time do they close and the young lady said 10pm! These were my choices and there's still 2 hours to go? She said, "I don't know what to tell you"! Well I still wanted donuts so I told her that I wanted a1/2 dozen, and I got 3 glazed and 3 others. I about lost my mind when she told me the cost...$12.00! I almost told her to cancel but I still wanted donuts, so I paid for them. I got home, ate dinner, and decided to have a donut or 2. Well what do you know...STALE! I was furious! I have officially decided that I'm done with Krispy Kreme! I feel that there needs to be training in customer service BIG TIME and Quality is totally gone. I guess I should cherish the moments that I remember because I don't think it'll ever be the same again. Thats a DAMN shame!

As a young child I use to love getting doughnuts from here. Now they are 99% overpriced NOT WARM or FRESHLY made doughnuts they have been sitting for HOURS. Then they sale this OVERPRICED vanilla latte the small is a shot glass with a lid the medium is a McDonald's happy meal small and the large is a regular small at McDonald's. They always get my order wrong and act extremely confused when corrected so I see why they lost business the first time around here in Toledo. At this point I rather go to Kroger and get the cold stale ones that aren't too pricey and heat them up in my microwave.

Service is suffering. Walk in and you feel like you're a burden. There's nothing welcoming about entering the shop. I usually purchase a dozen online. In recent months, I'll go to pick my order up and I'm told I'll need to make other choices bc they don't have part of my order. One time the options were so poor that I filled in with glazed. I still paid the higher price. It makes you feel ripped off. One time I picked up an order, got home, opened the box- not my order. Drove back and explained that this box is not my order. Response: What's the problem? I did get my order eventually. Tonight, I was going to place our usual order, a customized dozen. We had only 6 options, 5 were chocolate covered: chocolate iced, 2 more chocolate iced with holiday sprinkles, chocolate covered, custard filled or Kreme filled, last option original glazed. Are you in the business of selling doughnuts? Each time I go recently, I ask what's going on and the response is always one that makes me feel like I'm crazy. This is not Krispy Kreme anymore. I don't know what's happened but you aren't what you used to be. It's hugely disappointing. You want more money for your products but the service, quality, and availability isn't there anymore. Figure it out or just close.

I went to Krispy Kreme on Celanese Road in Rock Hill today to get donuts for my son's 3 rd grade class for Halloween. I wanted 2 dozen of Scooby Doo donuts. Gentleman told me there weren't enough. I counted 23 donuts with Mystery Machine so said I wanted those and was going to pick one other. He told me he couldn't do that which is probably what he was instructed. However, there weren't any of the cookies and crème which he said had to be a combination. If that's so then should've had some made so i could get selection. However if I'm paying $40 for 2 dozen donuts and y'all don't have what I want, then I don't understand why exception couldn't be made. I ended up leaving and finding donuts elsewhere. I love Krispy Kreme but very unsatisfied with visit and will always go elsewhere first since so many other donut shops in area.

Just got out of the shop and wanted to leave a review on Keller, dont know the dude but he was great! Was very nice!

Bring back Biscoff Doughnuts! We the people miss them like crazy they're the best doughnuts I've had in a lifetime! Please bring them back my tastebuds are starving

Horrible service! Unprofessional staff and General Manager Angel is terribly rude (I see why the staff there is too! And does not honor offers listed on KrispyKremes Website. Do not go to this location unless you want to be treated horribly!

Just bought plain Krispy Kreme...small, expensive, and they leave a disgusting after-taste indicative of artificial sweetener. Definitely will never buy this product again.

I was given a box of an assortment of doughnuts. To my horror, they consisted of sugar, starch and fat with no redeeming ingredients. Just right for obese Americans, young and old. I recognize that doughnuts are not a healthy item, but they can be of better quality. When in need of some, I go to Dunkin Doughnuts. Their products are far superior.

I love the combinations of their doughnuts. The only thing is? The sugar is over powering from being savoury. Take a look at your recipe and tweak it for less sugar. My opinion? Maybe by half or have a section where you have half sugar doughnuts. In today's society? NO BODY wants to eat unhealthy. I think if KK did that? They would get a whole lot more customers. I give three stars cause I do like the apple sauce filled doughnut. That is my fav. To me? That one is not too sweet.

I bought a dozen filled donuts(custard). I spent $17+. There was hardly any filling in the donuts and they were not fresh.That will be the last time I spend my hard earned money there! I am a KK rewards member but didn't get any reward points for this purchase?

Did they took out their doughnut bars, I went to the one in Gardena, CA, and no bars, it's not even in their website, smh

They advertise some fancy options in internet, but if you try to buy them, and they "don't have them" -- this was early the day. NOT WORTH CONSIDERING. Go to your local shop.

I ordered a dozen raspberry jelly filled donuts to help with a school fundraiser and my donuts had no jelly. I was very upset.

Their donuts are fantastic!

The donuts stay fresh and moist for several days. I am not too sure how they do it but they do it very well.

I hope they come to North Olmsted, Ohio soon. The donuts in this area are generally terrible to say the least.

I love Krispy Kreme donuts but I am going to be going elsewhere from now on because the lobby is always closed. I use the bus as do many people and I was at our local Krispy Kreme at around 11:50 a.m. 4/1/2023 looking forward to getting some donuts to bring home and so were other people and we couldn't get in because it was closed and we have to have a car to go through the drive through. Your service is probably eventually going to shut you down again. Unbelievable so many of us using public transporation cannot get in and I am not $40.00 for delivery of 1 dozen donuts.

Krispy Kreme Rockville Maryland manager he's having trouble being a manager and returning phone calls when him and the Krispy Kreme I wrong they think these complaints will just go away don't waste your time with Krispy Kreme doughnuts waste of time waste of money Krispy Kreme will not honor refund. Sad days
