I had initiated my refund process a month ago and still no delivery guy to pick up the package, and its not some small amount either, its exactly Rs. 7480. Can someone from Koovs get back to me on this? Also, I am new to this website, I didn't know that they have so many negative reviews on so many websites, they have proven to be the worst online store and there service actually is now proving that you can't really trust online websites. They have recently started advertising on television, convincing so many other people to be fooled by their service, I am greatly disappointed, and even after several calls not only to the consumer desk but also to the pick up service, no one has come back to me on this and all I have been getting is fake promises. I would not advice anyone to fall for their service.
Koovs turned out to be the biggest disappointment for me. I found a really cute shrug and ordered it. They placed my order againsr online payment. Few days later they informed that the product is not available and refused to process my money back.
