I recently bought monitor on Konga online and when i tested it was not working. Now they wont refund me. Never buy electronics on Konga online, I lost 100k naira. Their service is worst. I just deleted my online acc with them and will never use them again. Scammer of note and they dont even care. No customer service

Konga does not do quality control checks on product to ensure what customers sees on their website is what is to be delivered, hence, vendors sends all sort of fake, or product that doesn't match product description to customers, the process of return take a lengthy period unless you are willing to dropoff at their outlets, you also can't withdraw directly from konga website to your bank, you are also forced to register on kongapay before you can make withdrawal. Konga is full of $#*!

Konga is a scam!

Their ads are not upheld when you get on their site and they fabricate all sorts of lies, to justify charging you for delivery, when their ad clearly states that you will not be charged beyond a certain order amount.

The products are clearly used, second hand and of extremely poor quality.

It is better to go to the shops to search out what you need because most of their products are more expensive than in the shops...

What a scam!

I bought a 4,000 watts blender from Konga in August, 2022. I never got to use it because I had to travel to the U.S. on September 5,2022. Upon my return from the U.S, on November 30,2022, I tried to use it, but it wouldn't work. I paid my hard earned thirty five thousand naira (N35,000) for the blender. When I contacted Konga by mail, they told me they have a seven days return policy, & advised me to take the product to their store/warehouse since it's still under the one year warranty. When I went to their store/warehouse with the product, they refused to honour the one year warranty on the product.

Kings.com is a great online store. Their goods are genuine and you sf don't have to fear if what you are buying is fake. They also do free shipping for some goods.

With the latest gadgets on good discount rate. I can vouch for this site. Though it can only be available for Nigerians and some Africans.

Konga cancelled my order when one of their sellers failed to deliver my order. Then I asked Konga for a refund to my bank account. For over 2 weeks, Kuda has been giving me silly excuses why they are unable to pay the money. Their customer services keep telling lies on their Whatsapp chats and emails each time I ask for my refund. I attached screenshots here as evidence.

I ordered a Mario galaxy for the past 5 days and till this moment there is no tracking number to confirm details of my order. Two days after the order, my initial order was cancelled only to be opened again with order number F*******001 on the 21st december 2021. Several calls to both the supplier (JUST GAMES SOLUTION) and the contact centre proved abortive as they keep passing reason for not processing to the other. Customer care says probably the supplier does not have it in stock (if it is not in stock, why display it!?), the supplier claims its with Konga already. This is not the first time I am having such experience with the same supplier (JUST GAMES SOLUTION)... I have been calling the supplier since yesterday but he no longer pick my calls. I wont advise anyone to do business with this company... service delivery is indeed very poor!

I placed a small order for an item that was was described as a pair and only one showed up I complained both to their email and whatsapp lines with screenshots and pictures and they said they would handle it. The next day I received an email that the seller refused my item return because they (the seller) described it as a pair. Which was exactly the issue I had. It was described as a pair and I got one, then they basically told me I couldn't return it because the seller described it as a pair though it was one. That blew my mind. Like does nobody there know that a pair means two?

Didn't like quality of products I bought from Konga. I complained to Konga and they promised to resolve the issue, thought they weren't going to, got upset with Konga came here and left a negative review but they kept assuring they would. When they emailed that my Konga wallet had been credited in order for me to purchase whatever I wanted. Thought it was a lie till I tried paying for an item the App automatically paid for the item one after the other with my store credit. I appreciate Konga for their integrity and honesty. Thank you Konga!

If you are having any problems with products purshased from Konga, notify them and I can assure you that they will find a solution to the problem has they did for me.

If you like yourself and your money, run from konga because it is a pure online scam. They deliver low quality fake products. Go get money, that will never happen.

Konga is a medium that helps people with fake products to sell to unsuspecting people. Bought an ice maker and coffee maker and both stopped working at first use. Lost over 100k to this scammers. Please do not shop with Konga ever if you do not want to lose ur hard earned money.

I ordered a rechargeable usb water dispenser pump and a vegetable chopper. The delivered a "toy" to me. These items i mentioned aren't functional at all. I called there customer care line, they told me to send a video of the items to them via email, which i did. Since then i have been calling them they are giving me any feedback. I went to there office in banex Abuja, there staff are like Market sellers, so unprofessional and rude. They refused to collect the toy items back. Please enough of this broad day robbery by konga. This online site must be closed down... i will take it up to the higher authorities. Konga is a thief.

I shopped for an office chair and something different was delivered plus it had incomplete parts. I returned same day and up till now, I have not been refunded. It is getting to one month since my refund was initiated. Horrible organization, horrible structure... in fact they have no structure at all. Please for your sanity, don't shop on this site. Don't say you weren't warned.

Inspiron 15 7577 Inspiron 17-7779 17-7778 17-7000/Vostro 15-7570, 7580 Battery. The battery didn't last up to 30 minutes after barely 3 months of usage. No warranty, No return of the product.

I ordered for washing machine Qasa 8.8kg with specification of 8kg washing and 5kg spinning but the Qasa Washing machine delivered to was with specification washing 5.5kg and spinning 3kg the order no is F*******001 shipment b#H*******

I bought a semec Rechargeable fan from konga online store, the fan was totally bad and it was packaged for sale. I called your customer care agent who referred me to the seller by given me seller's number. That's not professional at all. Up till now, am not confidence with any of your products any longer. I order a swimming glasses for my children only for the delivery guy to tell me I can't open it unless I made payment. Who those that. Am highly disappointed anyways. You guys needs to adjust. The gas delivered to me was fake as well
