Konga didn't do any investigation they deliver damaged dinning table worth over 100k. I'm very disappointed
I order for Glass dining table with 6 chairs which they deliver on 21 Nov the person that brought the table to my place went back to assemble it then he found its was damaged now Konga customer care said the table was well packed hence its got damaged at my place something I bought over 100k, unbelievable!
Please becareful what you order from this company they only interested to take money when something go wrong you'll experience worst service. I'm disappointed on konga.
What investigation did you do before conclusion? Did you contact your team in Asaba and benin to ask details? From my follow-up they're aware of the damaged table, your goods was well packed then it's got damaged at my place when its was still inside original packaging?

They don't have much products compared to it rival. Delivery costs at pick up stations are same as home delivery.

Honestly I am very disappointed and unhappy with Konga's Service. I wouldn't recommend anyone to purchase online at Konga.
Konga needs to ensure the products that their sellers put up are of good quality because at the end of the day Konga barely accepts returns even though they claim to accept returns.
I purchased a smart watch, it's only been 2 months and the sensitivity of the watch is faulty. Also I purchase some clothes that wouldn't fit me (just be looking at the clothes they are too small) but again they won't accept returns cause "the seller sent the right sizes". I also ordered a pair of Bluetooth earphones but the two earphones do not pair together, that is they only work individually but not at the same time. These are just some of the issues I have had.
The quality of products on the Konga website is very poor and wouldn't recommend Konga to anyone. I have ordered so many times on Konga and I have been disappointed every time.

I ordered a DVD player from them in Nigeria. It did not work and when I went through the hoops to get it returned they claimed that "I had not supplied the video clip they had requested" After I forwarded them the email along with the clip they acknowledged receipt but never gave me way to return the item.
1. They sell cheap goods that don't work
2. They make it difficult to get the item into the system for return
3. When you do get it in the system they don't respond or give you a way to return the item.
It's a total scam try another vendor it's not worth the trouble
They are scammers. They use their website to help sell fake products and you can't return it. Stick with jumia. This is fraud. Don't say I didn't warn you

The increasing number of sites similar to Jumia.com tell of its profitability to businesses, especially retailers and relevance to the regular consumer. It just goes to show how the need for the traditional shops and stores will be dispensed with within the next few years.
They are not so bad and i think they are worth giving a try considering the fact that they have been doing well so far so good.
The whole thing about KONGA being the most trusted online mall is a very big lie, it is a sham! Okay they have the so called "8 days return policy" which Is a trick to get people into trusting them, I got a phone worth N65,800 from a seller via konga, the phone started over heating whithin 5 days or so after I purchased it. Called them and complained so I was asked to return it, the communication was very poor. A month later they returned the phone saying that the heating was normal with android phones as if I had never used one or not currently using one, so they WONT collect it back or even allow me add money to purchase a differrent one which I offered to do, after a one month plus! Okay deliver it back they took it to a different town asking me to go and get it, now getting to one week just to deliver it bck. Ive been trying to track it but to no avail, so what is trustable about this stupid online mall? Don't gamble with ur money with them, a word is enough for the wise (wish I had someone who told me this)
For an upcoming online store, Konga.com is working hard but there need to work harder.
I mean work harder by;
1. Delivery system (POD) is poor: A package should not exceed its specified time of delivery.
2. Damaged Product: My wrist watch was damaged by Konga.com and there was no replacement for it even after I laid complain.
3. Konga help Response is poor. You need to do something about that.
For upcoming store, a little kudos! To team Konga.
