I ordered some items 3 weeks ago, the item still have not $#*!, but the money came out of my account, by the way, I been big into contact them to see what the problem was, they told me they were waiting on one item, so I gave them another week, I was then told myitems will ship on a specific day, they still haven't shipped. I've been given 3 different dates and they are very disrespectful when writing, I ask for them to send the items that are ready and they could take the other things off he goes as far as to tell me their policy again, I don't like the company, I will never order from them again. They don't want to refund the money, they only want to give you a credit and they keep asking you to trust them, I am very pissed I missed my birthday outfit and my photo shoot and they could careless I will never support a business that argues with the customer and still end up with the issue and no problem was solved

I ordered 2 shirts in the size that I always wear and the KnowFadhionStyle Online store made the shirts extra small, so they were NOT TRUE to SIZE. The seller REFUSED to send me a prepaid label so I could return the merchandise. I had to pay a lot to have the shirts sent back to China. The seller refused to EXCHANGE the MERCHANDISE & they refused to give me a REFUND. They did not want to fix the situation and the staff were RUDE. They basically told me that I was a LIAR on reporting the shirts didn't fit true to size and they attempted to argue with me. I will NEVER order anything else from this company again and I recommend that no one else order from them either. Their customer service is horrible. I'm dissatisfied and I had to contact PayPal to file a complaint against this company. I will be also filing a complaint with the Better against them too. If the don't care about customer SATISFACTION then they should be shut down or not allowed to sell their merchandise to customers that live in the United States.

Why hasn't this website shut down yet! It's horrible i paid 65 dollars for a pant suit and expedited shipping! It got here weeks after it said it would be here and when i got it, the pant suit was NOTHING how it looked in the photo. It was a bad material and not made good at all. So i emailed and text every single one of the owners for a refund and i don't know if they are rebots or what but they just keep telling me that my order has already came to me, but when i ask them for a refund they ask why and when i tell them they don't respond. I have been trying to get a refund since may and they just keep leaving me on read and not respond it's almost september! This $#*! is not it, do not shop it your will be definitely disappointed! If i could give this shop a 0 star i would!

On August 3,2021 at 14:27, I placed an order with this company. Unbeknownst to me that they were complete scammers. From the pictures I loaded you can see how this is going. I ordered the simply yellow dress with the lips to wear on my vacation. What I received was the tye dye foolishness. Not even in comparison to what I ordered. I reached out to the company (pictures included) on numerous occasions advising of the mistake made. I was informed that I could keep the item and give it away. However they never mentioned correcting my order. When I inquired about correcting my shipment, I was advised a (DISCOUNT) would be giving on my next order. I requested a return envelope so that I may return the item because I had absolutely no use for it. All I wanted was the item I purchased. I repeatedly emailed asking for the item I had purchased and paid the shipping to be sent to me. They have consistently refused. Advising that I could return their item at my own expense. And again they would (DISCOUNT) my next order. Make it make sense to me as to why I or anyone else place another order. What kind of business does such a thing? This is not a reliable company. I believe this was an intentional act on their behave. If you are considering ordering please do yourself a favor and DO NOT!

I ordered 3 short sets from the knowfashion web site. The money wad debited from my account right away thru paypal... its been a whole year n i have yet to recieve my order

Very good service from the company. Always have the latest trend dress and inform us about the latest... never got cheated and indeed a trustworthy company. No fraud about online payment. Good quality of fabric and neat work being done.

It fits perfectly and looks great. Quality of the dress is wonderful. I received it well before the estimated delivery date. I contacted the seller to give my exact measurements, to ask questions and was generally a bit of a pain but i always received a courteous, friendly and helpful response in less than 24 hours, if not the same day. Would order again from this seller in a heartbeat. Thank you so much!

Carly message me the other day about giving the company another chance. I invested 1500$ into their company and never receive my package. I told Carly yes I will give another chance but I still need my package I never received! Carly have went MIA after that. When you order from their company keep in mind that they don't claim the value of the package nor do they require a signature. Meaning when your package get lost with FEDEX, they don't know how much your package were nor will FEDEX do anything about it because Knowfashionstyle didn't require FEDEX to get their customers signature! And when FEDEX do misplace your package or deliver it to another location. Knowfashionstyle won't file the claim and resend you another package. They clearly don't care about their customers. They are ok with taking your money without sending your items! And they can do that because they are in China. Warning they don't care about their customers! And another thing I won't stop until I get my package! I will do reviews every single day until I see justice! 1500$ Won't go to waste!

Nice top for work, casual, light. Got lots of compliments. Very soft. Washed well. Longer than expected but good quality.

I really like this dress for the style and the color. It can be worn with thigh high boots or with tights and a sexy heel shoe.

These people are scammers. I purchased a black dress and received a black dress and after a number of weeks received a black thing that would probably fit a baby, I can't even say that it is a top. Unbelievable how people just scam others. Lesson learned.

I ordered the first top in my pic and instead I got a dress! I emailed the company to tell them. I said I will take a store credit. Which they REFUSED! The told me the dress matched the sku# so they didn't make a mistake! I'm like Wait a Minute! That doesn't matter. I did NOT ORDER A DRESS! So they try to offer me 15% off(which is a promotion on their site many times) They refuse to give me a credit for what I ordered! That's Slimy as Hell! With that said. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN! You will not get your money back if they send you a wrong item! SHADY COMPANY! DON'T ORDER FROM THEM. YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR MONEY BACK EVEN WHEN THEY ARE RESPONSIBLE! THEY GOT FREE MONEY FROM ME!

The clothes are made from cheap materials. You might as well go through Wish, Home, or Ali Express, because this company is just like them, if not worse.
Shipping is a nightmare. You can pay a crazy high amount to get it sooner, but it won't come any sooner, if at all. You can find the same stuff on eBay. It will still be coming from China, but it will cost less, probably have free shipping, and eBay will not put up with you not receiving your order.

I am hoping that people read my review and learn from my mistake. If after reading this, you still decide to make a purchase with them, I wish you luck!

I ordered from this company twice, 1st order I paid extra for expedited, that took month with no refunds. 2nd order was place on 25th May 2021 and it's July and I still haven't received it. Divina response Everytime is be patient ‍.

No matter how many times they have disappointed me I've kept ordering from them and each time haven't been any better then they only send partial orders they don't send u receipts when u order but I always take a picture and after waiting I contact PayPal and they'll pressure them until they send my things or refund my money but they suck im waiting on these items now it's been 3 weeks I have gotten a receipt or anything

The clothes are literally made out of paper and plastic! Cheap as he'll. They shipped the wrong items and I was NEVER able to get the right swimsuit or a refund!

I have been in contact with company for months about my order. They gave me a number and tracking number to call on when I did they shipping company stated my order was shipped back to China. I contact know fashion style by email and there telling me packages can't go back to China. I asked for a refund and they tell me they don't issue refunds I spent over 200.00 and still two months later on package.

They don't give you refunds, they give you the run around, clothes are not true to size material is awful. I contacted customer services for a refund. Whatever they asked for I sent it to them for them to say they'll send it over to the people that was over my order. They all act slow or something. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOBODY TO ORDER CLOTHES THROUGH THEM! The clothes are PURE TRASH

I ordered from you almost 2 months ago and I still have not received my order. You can keep the dress and the money. Go to hell whores
