Been waiting since 3/31/22 and still no items. They are an international company! 1st red flag. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!
I order 2 outfits at the beginning of April so that I can have them for my trip this coming weekend. On the 13th of April I sent a message trying to confirm if my items had been shipped and was informed they are still working on it. They have 2 items that are not ready. Since the 13th of April I have been messaging them everyday and had informed them that if they cannot guarantee that I have my items by the 22nd of April to cancel my order. Each time Davina comes with some $#*!ed up excuse about them sending me my stuff and avoiding the refund that I keep asking for. So I have 2 days left before the 22nd and come to fine out they still have not shipped out my items. But refuse to give me a refund telling me to give them a chance. Hell if you cannot guarantee that the clothes I paid for will be here by Thursday the 22nd of April then they need to give me my refund. DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE THEY PLAY TO MANY GAMES. IF I HADN'T MESSAGE THEM THEY PROBABLY WOULDN'T SEND ME MY STUFF FOR ANOTHER MONTH OR TWO. DO NOT FOOL WITH THESE PEOPLE!

Ordered two outfits on March 4 2021 and here it is STILL NOTHING! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY! I CONTACTED THEM AND YET NOTHING!
So over the years I have purchased a couple of cheap but unique looks from an online store called Knowfashionstyle.
Operative word, CHEAP. So this is not about getting refunds etc because it's not even worth that effort.
What is the issue is their awful customer service and not wanting to take accountability and send correct items when they send wrong ones.
Do not order, I REPEAT do not order from them. For me its not that they are in China, I use Flaxmakerswim and xpluswear, also overseas and they handle things a lot better. But Knowfashionstyle will send the wrong item. Then basically tell you that the cost of returning it and length of time it will take are not worth it, because the items are not expensive enough ( again I get very very unique pieces from there and only get from there if it is absolutely something that is sold out or no longer available on other sites)
So yeah why would the consumer or them bother.
But if you know I cannot send it back, and you don't even want it back but you also know YOU sent me the entirely wrong item, then you should send me the correct item and then you bear the burden of how long it takes to get it back and the expense.
It is absolutely crazy in this day and age to think consumers would just let this slide.
Oh and the real kicker, they offered 3 dollars to me to keep it, then 7 dollars to keep it and then 10 dollars to keep it along with 10 percent off. FIRST OF ALL I will NEVER ever,ever do business with them again and I AM WARNING others to avoid them at all cost.
I am reporting them and I am also posting this everywhere on the internet that I can.
Stay away from Knowfashionstyle, take my word on it.
I have photos of what I ordered vs what I was sent also.
I tried everything I could with them and they refuse to do the right thing!
