I payed for expedited shipping and it took two weeks for order to process. Their site says processing time is 1-4 days. It then took 7 days to get to me. Expedited shipping was suppose to be the next business day. They did not refund me for expedited shipping. Won't order again!

Two months late

I ordered two outfits on April 6th and here it is damn near May 6th... I emailed them to get my order number and tracking number. If the don't give me my clothes then I'm going to report them as a scam

I wanted to give a zero rating however, it was not an option.
I initially submitted and paid for an order for two (2) items on April 14,2021 [Dark Blue Fashion Casual Solid With Belt V Neck Skinny Jumpsuit & a Black Casual Solid Split Joint Zipper Collar Skinny Jumpsuit]. At 12:08 PM, April 14,2021 I received confirmation of this payment. However, on April 20,2021 (hadn't checked my email prior), I finally saw an invoice from PayPal (via Knowfashionstyle), requesting payment (sent 4/14/21) for my items that I thought I had already purchased. Without checking previous emails, I assumed that something happened with the initial payment (but don't know why it wouldn't have processed). I wanted these outfits for upcoming events and therefore, did not hesitate to immediately remit payment. I received the confirmation of the payment. I then checked my order status on their website and noticed that I had two (2) separate orders for the same items. I read the company's policy on return/cancellation which states, "Order Cancellation
We offer full refund if the order is cancelled within 24 hours of your purchase. You should contact us at *******@knowfashionstyle.com immediately once you decide to cancel the order. For orders cancelled after 24 hours of purchase but have not been shipped, we will offer partial refund after charging a 30% cancellation fee. We will not accept order cancellation request if the orders have been shipped."

I immediately sent an email (4/20/21) explaining the issue and requested that the order be cancelled for the second transaction. Long story shorter: the first response to my email said thank you for your order it is preparing for delivery and the tracking information will be provided when it was available. I have been emailing them daily trying to get this rectified. I finally emailed all the contact names listed of which a couple of them replied and one stated, "Sorry but the packages had already/shipped and a refund was not possible." It is 5/4/21 and I have not received my package. Also, I paid two different prices for the same items.

TOTAL RIP-OFF

I waited 30 days for my order, then asked for a REFUND after being told they still didn't have the products in stock, but was "refused" the refund because I made a complaint on PayPal.
DO NOT ORDER HERE FROM THESE PEOPLE

NEVER ORDERING AGAIN

I placed an order a month ago I paid $56 for delivery so that I could have my clothes in time. They are still not here and the reps they have working keep saying we working on it. And keep sending me to the USPS page which shows no sign of tracking. So l have requested refund still no sign keep saying your order is shipped. I am going to teach out to PayPal and report this site to the BBB

I ordered 5 items, and paid $26 for standard shipping, which should have taken 6-10 days. A month later, I finally received a response to my many emails asking why my order has not arrived, and I was informed me order has not even been processed yet, let alone shipped! After THREE requests over ANOTHER NINE DAYS for my money to be refunded and my order to be cancelled, every response informed me that my order would shipped very soon. After a FOURTH request to have my money back BEFORE my items were even shipped, I received another email stating my items were finally shipped and to WAIT PATIENTLY FOR THEM TO ARRIVE! Their lack of professionalism was so unbelievable, it could only be a scam. I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ITEMS OR MY REFUND! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM "COMPANY"!

Dissatisfied

Waited almost 2 months after being told 3-5 days that my items would ship. Only to get the two piece outfit that looks a pair leggings bought from Walmart and cut up. Shirt was not like shown in picture. Outfit was suppose to have been a high waisted purple jean outfit! Just throw the whole outfit out smh. Never again will I order from this site. Scammers for sure. Do Not waste your time or money guys.

A scamming company

They don't deserve a rating. I placed an order in April 6th and still haven't received anything. They constantly tell you that your item is on the way and give these bull$#*! tracking numbers, in which you can't track. If you go to your PayPal account, you do not see the purchase you made though them. Do not order from this company. This is a group of scammers and the shipping cost is so ridiculous. Report them!

I will never do business with know fashion style again. I placed my order on 3/13/21. It was supposed to be delivered in 7-10 days, which I paid 80$ for the shipping & that brought my total to 263$ & some change. Well, it's 4/26/21 & I still haven't received the order. Initially, I reached out to them after 3 weeks & they didn't respond. I reached out again last week, roughly a month after placing my order, & they finally responded telling me that my order was on the way. One day later they reached out to tell me that a dress that I ordered was out of stock & asking me to pick a replacement item. Then, the day after that I received a working tracking # that indicated my package was finally on its way. I've been tracking it every day for about a week now & it's still on its way to a ups ‍. I haven't even seen the products to speak on quality or fit and I'm not sure if I ever will unfortunately. And if I do, will I be able to wear them this year (all summer clothes). Anywho, just wanted to stop any trusting & unsuspecting shoppers this headache. I'm never doing business with them again! Back to Amazon I go! & my star rating is really a -10 But they force you to select at least 1 before posting your review!

I bought 4 items. 2 were okay, the other 2 were stained why did I pay for stained items and waited almost 2 months for my items. I am a Band manager and my appearance is very important to me. I have to look right presentable. I'm upset that I paid money and got the quality of clothing that I got. Just shut down your site.

I placed my order back in February and received confirmation that it was delivered on ******* to my mailbox there is nothing there I'm not sure it was delivered to and the post office can't track their tracking number so I'm just going to ask my bank to refund my money what a waste of time and the shipping was $71 I only put one star because you can't submit with out it

I order 2 outfits at the beginning of April so that I can have them for my trip this coming weekend. On the 13th of April I sent a message trying to confirm if my items had been shipped and was informed they are still working on it. They have 2 items that are not ready. Since the 13th of April I have been messaging them everyday and had informed them that if they cannot guarantee that I have my items by the 22nd of April to cancel my order. Each time Davina comes with some $#*!ed up excuse about them sending me my stuff and avoiding the refund that I keep asking for. So I have 2 days left before the 22nd and come to fine out they still have not shipped out my items. But refuse to give me a refund telling me to give them a chance. Hell if you cannot guarantee that the clothes I paid for will be here by Thursday the 22nd of April then they need to give me my refund. DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE THEY PLAY TO MANY GAMES. IF I HADN'T MESSAGE THEM THEY PROBABLY WOULDN'T SEND ME MY STUFF FOR ANOTHER MONTH OR TWO. DO NOT FOOL WITH THESE PEOPLE!

I'm so disgusted with this website I had made a purchase of $162 dollars buying clothes for my vacation I have no tracking number, no email and no one to get in contact with the way they run their business is like they don't care for their customers. I advise NO ONE to purchase anything from this website unless you want summer clothes for winter.
