They deseve to be banned from selling in the U.S & dont even deserve 1 star. These people are crooks. On top of not having my item in stock after paying for it, when my order wouldnt reach in its advertised & paid delivery time because they completely delayed shipping out my order, I asked for a refund and they had the audacity to penalize me with keeping 50% of the return because it wasnt canceled within 24 hrs even though it was THEIR FAULT! THEY ARE THEIVES!

I placed an order on 1/28 I wanted the items for my birthday vacation it is now 2/14 and I still haven't received the items; I messaged the customer service agent Bella and she kept telling me my package was being prepared and processed and I still haven't received a shipment confirmation. I finally asked for a refund which I'm sure she was happy to do, the refunded me faster then they ship items.

Listen! Do not order from this site I don't believe they are legit, no online store should take long to ship items. I order from Shein and receive items faster. I'll never order from them again

Waited almost 2 months after being told 3-5 days that my items would ship. Only to get the two piece outfit that looks a pair leggings bought from Walmart and cut up. Shirt was not like shown in picture. Outfit was suppose to have been a high waisted purple jean outfit! Just throw the whole outfit out smh. Never again will I order from this site. Scammers for sure. Do Not waste your time or money guys.

I ordered 2 dresses based on the fitting chart, but neither fit at all. When I tried to return or exchange, they told me it wasn't worth the price of sending back, as I'd have to pay for both shipping and duty, which they said was high in China.
Also, the fabrics are very cheap and the sizes unpredictably different. Total waste of time. Plus, took forever to arrive.

I kept getting ads for this two piece set all over instagram and Facebook so I finally ordered it. ABSOLUTE SCAM please see my photos below. The material was thin and costume-like; nothing like the athletic, stretchy material advertised. They obviously have fake reviews on the site too. Save yourself the embarrassment from getting duped.

I purchased my order for my wife for Christmas on 11/27/23, I didn't receive my order until 1/24/24. And when I received my order, it was blue, not black and look like something Puff Daddy wore in a 2000's video shoot, nothing like the picture. I will not be ordering from this site ever again!

Clothes look super cute on the website. Shipping took forever and refunds are nonexistent. You don't get your shipping cost returned, they want you to send your body measurements before issuing a return. You have to download whatsapp to contact them. You never get ur money back. I did not heed the reviews! Please don't waste your time!

I ordered two outfits for $130.00 and never received my order. Clearly I been scammed. I reached out via email and I should have known something was up when the only line of communication is on Whatsapp.

I wish I read these reviews before purchasing from this company located in China. This company is very similar to WISH! The material is of poor quality, cheaply made and huge. The return policy is horrible and costs 3 times more to return. Plus they want to see pictures and guess your size. I was looking for inexpensive dresses for the beach and received cheap and poorly made. Save yourself the headache and buy local or with a reputable company that you know.

I bought a small which is what I usually am. Its a little roomy but I like it! The letter print is as pictured- super cute! The best part is the material-it is soft and feels great! Very happy with this purchase!

Fits good. However it is on the larger side. The pants were a little loose on me but other than that BEAUTIFUL! Material is good not cheap made. Highly recommended!

I received my order within two weeks the problem is it's cheaply made I was expecting a nice thick sweat suits and I got a very thin sweat suit. The size also didn't match what I thought it should. Trying to return seems to be impossible. There is nothing on the website about refunds. Lesson learned do more research on the return policy. I wish these companies were required to put where the product is shipping from!

This company is a FRAUD! With these prices I guess you get what you pay for but I paid and did not get mine at all and it was ordered 12/6/22. The only reason I gave the one star is because the site would not allow me to send this post without any ratings
If its from China let it stay there they are a bunch of Crooked Crooks and any positive feedback is coming from them or their family so that they can get you drawn in and send below Sweat shop quality or nothing at all!

A good fit relaxed and I'm tall and they were nice and chic. I bought another pair in reserve. Very happy with product, price is decent! I was hesitant to order but well worth it. Definitely was a bomb birthday outfit! Material is a little thin... but ok... string on outfit could be made of something better. Will buy again...

I placed my order on 2/1/24! I haven't received it yet nor do a have a tracking number! Help!

I placed my order. I used my after pay account. I'm done paying my installments and I never received my order. I got a message in messenger when I made a negative comment on a post in Facebook. With a tracking that lead to nowhere it's been in route almost 2 weeks ghost package. Don't waste your money on I might get my order. I was attending a tie dye party and ordered 2 tie dye outfits I ordered a month early because most over seas orders take 2 to 3 weeks

This company will not give me back my money for an item I did not receive they offering 30 % on another product DO NOT GIVE them

I was worried about ordering a dress online because I love to try on clothes first. I ordered the large and it fits perfectly. Because I am tall. I never wear heels. So this dress lands at my feet perfectly.

I never received my tracking information I ordered my stuff 02/08/24 was told 2-4 business days and I haven't even received no shipping info where the hell is my stuff

I wish I had looked into this company more before making a purchase. I bought a dress for an event and it was too small even though I followed the size chart. I asked for a return or an exchange and they want you to measure yourself and the dress and send pictures and measurements to them. After you do all of that they still won't refund or exchange the item. Shop at your own risk! In addition to not fitting, the dress was of cheap material, did not have any tags on it, and the color did not look like the picture. Don't buy anything from this company!

This company charge me a whopping $10,089.50 for a $40.97 purchase. I tried to contact them to cancel the purchase cause you can't do it on line and I couldn't reach them until almost 15 hours later and that was through Whatsapp. Then a son as I put in a dispute with PayPal they tried to contact me all night and get me to cancel my dispute and go to my bank to cancel. Needless to say I had to changed my entire bank account. All I can say is by the grace of God I caught it in time.
