This company isn't a company. It's fraudsters stealing info and credit card information along with never sending items. The sit needs to be shut down

This business is ridiculous!
This business is ridiculous on so many levels. They charge exorbitant shipping fees ($9+/item) and if they are unable to deliver an item, that they advertise as available, because they realize they are out of stock, they have the audacity not to partially refund the shipping fees associated with items THEY CANNOT DELIVER. I recommend ordering through PayPal so you can dispute the shipping charges in this scenario, which is what I have done.

Also, English is not the first language of their customer service representatives and their email replies are grammatically challenged and extremely difficult to understand. I will never do business with them again.

I was really optimistic about this site because the reviews were decent and I really liked the clothing; however, they still haven't shipped my items after 3 weeks and won't give me an ETA. I want a refund. Let's see how long this will take. Really disappointing. Don't waste your time or money.

Clothes look super cute on the website. Shipping took forever and refunds are nonexistent. You don't get your shipping cost returned, they want you to send your body measurements before issuing a return. You have to download whatsapp to contact them. You never get ur money back. I did not heed the reviews! Please don't waste your time!

I placed an order on 1/28 I wanted the items for my birthday vacation it is now 2/14 and I still haven't received the items; I messaged the customer service agent Bella and she kept telling me my package was being prepared and processed and I still haven't received a shipment confirmation. I finally asked for a refund which I'm sure she was happy to do, the refunded me faster then they ship items.

Listen! Do not order from this site I don't believe they are legit, no online store should take long to ship items. I order from Shein and receive items faster. I'll never order from them again

I ordered two outfits for $130.00 and never received my order. Clearly I been scammed. I reached out via email and I should have known something was up when the only line of communication is on Whatsapp.

I purchased my order for my wife for Christmas on 11/27/23, I didn't receive my order until 1/24/24. And when I received my order, it was blue, not black and look like something Puff Daddy wore in a 2000's video shoot, nothing like the picture. I will not be ordering from this site ever again!

This was my first time ordering from this company. So I only ordered one thing just to be sure they were legit. I order October 30,2023 when I track my order it states it awaiting info from courier. I spoke with someone on Whatsapp who was not helpful at all. I will NEVER order from this place again!

Nice quality. Very cute item for my younger sister. I can tell you more after she opens it tonight, but item is as pictured and sizing looks on... sleek design, perfect fit. Received lots of compliments. Overall Im really happy with this product! Im about to order another color for myself!

I recently ordered clothes from site by accident I clicked one purchase two times but didn't notice till it was paid for have tried contacting by email Luke they say and no response but they don't waste time taking money. Would be helpful if you made away for your customers to talk to a person will not order from here anymore

I've ordered over a month ago it took a whole month for me to receive my items which was supposed to be four pieces I received only two then an email saying thanks for your services where's the rest of my stuff I've sent several emails how do you contact these people this is ridiculous give me my money back or my two outfits never again.

The clothes are made from cheap materials. You might as well go through Wish, Home, or Ali Express, because this company is just like them, if not worse.
Shipping is a nightmare. You can pay a crazy high amount to get it sooner, but it won't come any sooner, if at all. You can find the same stuff on eBay. It will still be coming from China, but it will cost less, probably have free shipping, and eBay will not put up with you not receiving your order.

I am hoping that people read my review and learn from my mistake. If after reading this, you still decide to make a purchase with them, I wish you luck!

I got 2 pieces of clothing from them. Neither fit or looked like the pictures. Cheap material and you really can't return it. So they pretty much just took my money and gave me material. Don't by from them!

I paid $49 dollars for 3-5 day shipping it came 6 weeks later and sizes were wrong color choices in clothing were disregarded and customer service just kept saying their working on it. 15 days after my order it still said processing their fore my $49 shipping fee should have been returned. Extremely dishonest company.

I received my order within two weeks the problem is it's cheaply made I was expecting a nice thick sweat suits and I got a very thin sweat suit. The size also didn't match what I thought it should. Trying to return seems to be impossible. There is nothing on the website about refunds. Lesson learned do more research on the return policy. I wish these companies were required to put where the product is shipping from!

I purchased two dresses for $80.00. One of the dresses was not even finished, they shipped it half way done! The other dress was left with an opening towards the front and was supposed to be a side slit. Don't waste your money! I asked to return these items and they want pictures for a solution lol! I wish I read these reviews before purchasing from this company located in China. This company is very similar to WISH! The material is of poor quality, cheaply made and huge. The return policy is horrible and costs 3 times more to return. Plus they want to see pictures and guess your size. I was looking for inexpensive dresses for the beach and received cheap and poorly made. Save yourself the headache and buy local or with a reputable company that you know.

It's been over three weeks since I purchased my merchandise, but I haven't received any notification. No response to email. I made a horrible mistake!
