I ordered one item from this site and 8 items from Temu on the same day. Temu arrived last week. Their website does not properly display how to track your package. I then noticed on Ig, no one makes comments on their products. I had to email them and finally received a response stating (up to 25 days for delivery, hell to the knaw knaw eva ag-gain):
Receiving time = Processing time +Shipping time.
1) Processing time: 4-10 Working Days
2) Shipping Time:
6-10 business days for standard shipping
3-7 business days for express shipping
7-25 business days for Flat Rate Shipping

I requested a return so that I could order the correct size. I was refused a return. They said they di not accept returns. I will never order from them again nor will I refer then to anyone else. Make sure you have the correct size before you order and their sizes run very small compared to what you really want. They wanted me to take my 80 year old Mom's measurements so they could help me get the correct size!

I ordered a swimsuit from them and it looked nothing like the Pic when I tried to send it back you can't they won't refund your money or send you what you ordered after sending all the pics of the shipping bags that they ask for. They just say oh well here's a 15% discount so you can purchase something else from them and not receive it. Fraudulent company don't shop here. Down below what I ordered vs what I recievied.

All I wanted to do was exchange my item for a larger size. They want me to take pictures of this, send my body measurements.huh? They advertise easy return policy but that is bogus. Never again!

I ordered 4 dresses from this company. I ordered a large in one of the dresses because a medium was not available. They sent me an extra large. When I emailed the company, just as other reviews state, I was told to take a picture of the dress, myself, and send my body measurements and they will decide what I need. I made three additional attempts explaining that I accept that a large may fit a little loose, but they didn't send me the large! They sent me X-large! They weren't appreciative enough of my business to correct their own mistake! Their sizing is off! You may end up with a garment that fits just right...but you may end up with a garment that is sized so terribly off that there is no way you can use the garment. They keep your money and you are just left holding a garment that you can't use. Buyer beware!

My fits took a month to come but baby let me tell y'all I love them true to size and material is great I started to get worried because I had reached out with out a response but if you place an order be prepared to wait a month but you'll be happy you waited

My item was too small. Wanted to return and they make you jump through a 100 hoops. Send pics of item to verify, pics of label and then wanted my measurements. After going back and forth I'm told with return label, customs and shipping it be a waste of time and I wouldn't get my money (what little it would be back) so we'll just send you 10% coupon for future purchases. I hate places that sell but refuse to give me my money back when not satisfied. I'll never shop there again and advise no one else to do the same!

This company is a fraud. I purchased 4 items and pay $31 shipping then got a notification from USPS that I owed more money for postage. I declined the item and am disputing the charges.

Bad! Bad! Super bad customer service and shady activity! Shame on you KnowFashionStyle. I can just buy this stuff directly from sourcing companies and bypass you. Shame on you! Fraud!

I ordered from Know Fashion and have not received anything. I tried to track this order, but it is blocked. I reached out to Afterpay and the seller (Sandy) to cancel my order and refund my initial payment but neither has cancelled my order. Afterpay sent me a text, saying that a payment is due...are you serious? I'm not paying for something that hasn't been processed OR received. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.EVER!

I was billed from this company for merchandise. It was yard decorations not clothing but this is what the charges are listed on my bill

My order was placed May 31,2023. A confirmation email was received June 1,2023, stating that processing time was 4-6 working days and shipping time was another 6-10 business days. I emailed them requesting a refund since I needed the order no later than June 13th and informed them of their deceitful practices. No information prior to placing an order mentioned anything about processing time. June 2,2023, I received a second email stating that they could not guarantee delivery by June 13th, and again, I responded with requesting my refund. The next email I received stated that since you cancel the order after more than 24 hours, we need to deduct 30% of the order amount, and we will refund 101.6 USD. Please reply for confirmation. I have requested my refund from June 1st within 24 hours after placing my order, and they're insisting on taking my money. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS DISHONEST SHADY COMPANY.

Terrible! My dress showed up discolored, damaged, and stained as if someone already wore it. After several exchanges with Customer Service and sending pictures of the dress, I was told that the dress was still wearable.

Horrible! Loved the supposed look of 3 two piece sets I purchased. The look is not what it seems. The item in the picture the model had a button, like jeggins, which is what was described, when I received the items, these were sweatpants with an elastic waist. I ordered a 3xl according to sizechart in 2 sets, which fit me like a 5xl I am 5'5" 230 lbs. I ordered a 2xl in another set, it fit like a size 8. When I tried to return, since there is a 14 day limit. I didn't get any responses to give me details on what to do because that is their rules that they will not refund unless you contact them first. Horrible customer service and did not own up to the false advertising of providing not what was in the picture. They don't post all reviews, only the good ones.

Ordered on March 15,2023 and still have not received my order! Says shipped but still have not received!

No return policy? They won't produce a return label. Same comment was sent to me after I took pictures at company's request which was required. Still no response, no return label. I would not order anything else from this company.

I ordered three kimonos and they are beautiful! But it takes about 3 weeks to arrive so be patient!

Sizing is off and our outfit was not even made in the same pattern as the pattern on the photo from the website. This item took 5 weeks to arrive. We have been trying to return it for the past 2 weeks and I have hit a stonewall. No one will respond and now I am stuck with an item that isn't what we ordered and does not fit. Never shop here

I placed my order. I used my after pay account. I'm done paying my installments and I never received my order. I got a message in messenger when I made a negative comment on a post in Facebook. With a tracking that lead to nowhere it's been in route almost 2 weeks ghost package. Don't waste your money on I might get my order. I was attending a tie dye party and ordered 2 tie dye outfits I ordered a month early because most over seas orders take 2 to 3 weeks

After waiting 3 weeks for my dress for an upcoming event I received my dress only for it to be stitched terribly lopsided and did not fit at all for the size I asked for I asked them to send me a return label so I can send the dress back instead of giving me one they said that they didn't have return labels and kept asking me what was wrong with the dress after I told them what was wrong with the dress several times once I told them that I was going to dispute it with my bank I heard nothing else they took my money and won't take back the default dress if you ask me they' are a scam I wish I didn't have to give them the one star just to put this on here
